My mother purchased a stainless steel link necklace from Fletcher's and it was supposedly 100% authentic but after a year the stainless steel necklace turned dark gray, which was an absolute waste of my mother's money. I am very disappointed with the unethical practices. I am requesting for a replacement necklace to correct the deceitfulness of your company. My mother does not have her receipt but I know you are able to retrieve her name in your database records. I've purchased several gold bracelet from Fletchers and I never had a problem until now. I wasn't going to address the issue but everytime my mother wears the necklace I am reminded of how Fletchers took advantage of my elderly mother. My mother is very sweet and loving. I had some vintage rings I wanted sized up, we took them in and the did both of them nicely. Only took a week. I had them look at my family heirloom ring while I was there and he was knowledgeable about its history. I have a frog pendant that my parents gave me for my birthday some years ago. I wear it daily, it has some type of crystals/diamond/gems that make up the body and the legs. One day I realized that one of the leg stones fell out. I was so disappointed since I had no clue when or where it fell out. Then, as I was vacuuming I heard something, typically don't check the vacuum but decided to and found the stone! Now to find somewhere that could repair the pendant. I found them in maps and decided to give them a try. My expectation was I would take the pendant to them and be told that I would have to come back in a few days! Not the case, they fixed it on the spot and charged me nothing! I was so grateful and decided to buy a beautiful sterling silver onyx bracelet. I have taken another piece to them since then with the same quick turnaround and friendly service. I don't have any jewelry left to repair but I will most certainly continue purchasing unique bracelets from them! read more

Not very friendly. Took a ring and they told me there is no serial number and oh boy yes there is. Also wanted to get a ring sized and I'm willing to pay I got money it's a silver ring with platinum plating it's a cruislu ring gorgeous and they wouldn't size. read more

Nice little place to buy pretty jewelry. Very nice owners and workers. Do NOT get jewelry repaired here. They do not insure your repair item if lost or stolen ( read the fine print on the receipt). Second I had to return 2 rings over and over the guy never could get it right. The size was WAY off 3 times. The other my stone was loose in the setting after replacing the prong. Then after returning to have them tighten it the ring became sharp and began snagging on everything. Took it back again he still couldn't fix it. I have used this Business for years but when I recently took 2 rings in to get repaired. They gave me a ticket for the repairs (never telling me that without the ticket I could not get the rings back) but when I went to pick them up they because I lost the ticket that they could not find them. These rings are Irreplaceable because they were given by my Late Husband and I wanted to get a stone in each repaired so that I could pass them onto my daughter.
