However at the jewelers I had to deal with douchebag attitudes, since I wasn't buying anything I wasn't really treated like a customer. However in this place I'd imagined there's equal amounts of buying and selling, so I got none of the pompous attitude. Chris is pretty cool, and was the only person who actually took the time to weigh and measure my ring. His offer was low, but in the neighborhood of what I was hearing from other places. He also took the time to tell me why his offer sucked, which I guess I appreciated. In the end I just took it, because I was sick of looking at this ring and was about to throw it in the river, so something is better than nothing! I'm just happy to be rid of it and would do business with Chris again.

I did a few times and it proved to be a mistake. Without getting into details, the fat bald guy is extremely rude and has clearly never took one business class in his life let alone have an education. He was barking out rude answers and whispering under his breath dumb comments. The smaller guy just sat there as his "partner" completely made their business look unprofessional. All of that on top of merely no inventory and having a disgusting interior; these are the reasons I'll never return here and encourage you as well in order to avoid wasting time.
