Their excuse was but you had late fees. I paid the late fee also paid the bill for the month. I paid what you told me was due including late fee then why are you saying the bill portion I paid went to the late fee. None of that make sense. I was misslead for a whole year and they told me I had car insurance through them my car was in an accident and now I don't have the car and they say it was only for the first 90 days of the loan.
