My Navy Federal ATM also does not take deposits here in Palm Desert, so I was happy to locate this credit union not far from us, down by Avenue 42 and Monroe. I decided to open an account so as to receive full service banking. The location is great with plenty of parking. The staff are really helpful. You can open accounts in person or online. We were headed home, so I logged in to create an account. In no time I had confirmation of the process for verifying identity and I was able to select an identity protection layer of security. They sent me several emails to alert me to the progress of transferring some funds into Sun Community from my credit union. They have a drive through and a walk up ATM. I suggest using the outdoor ATM in daylight hours because it is facing toward Avenue 42, but not terribly public so you could be able to call for help or to be seen in case of an emergency. This is a great resource as so many different credit union members can take advantage of this shared facility and make life easier for us.

Why did she give me price that was over our pre approved amount, then they offered a low APR and we got a higher APR why do they advertise as if your going to get that APR. Then I asked for a request on the vehicle and she said I don't know if I could accommodate you with that. I was like WOW, I've heard it was quick and easy to get a car through Auto Expert well IT WASN'T. Don't go through them. I highly recommend you stay clear of BBVA. Make certain you do your homework when applying for services. Also, be certain that every credit check is a "hard pull" on your credit bureau which will affect your fico score. I was told a "soft pull" would be made and I discovered otherwise.
