I was recently contacted by Cristina the regional manager after multiple attempts to reach out to me and was courteously apologized for any inconvenience imposed and was able to discuss the situation that occurred on my previous visit. I felt like my issues were promptly addressed and was informed that they would be properly addressed in the form of proper training.
