This review is long overdue! My husband and I bought our wedding rings from the Diamond Connection in 2010. I take my rings in for inspection and cleaning every few years and they still look as beautiful as they did from day one. I love how sparkly all of the stones are, especially the main diamond. This year, when I went to pick up my rings, they brought this gorgeous rainbow sapphire ring out of the vault. I tried it on and they had to cut the tags off because I couldn't live without it! It's the most me piece of jewelry I have ever encountered and it makes me smile all day. I bought my ring from this shop and the service was amazing. Aaron and Nancy were amazing. I recently went back and there were two random guys there claiming they own the business. I asked them about Aaron and Nancy and they said they're gone. He was so rude about it and said Aaron knew nothing about diamonds. Went to them for both my wife's engagement ring and wedding band! They made designing an engagement ring with them so easy, and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. Their incredible work with being able to do braided ring designs, while still being able to keep the whole ring slender, was ultimately what led me to choose designing a ring with them. Most other ring stores I checked in San Diego did not seem to be able to accomplish the same level of finesse on their braided rings, at least judging by their displays. Long overdue review of several beautiful pieces! My husband brought me to The Diamond Connection in January 2021 to browse rings to get a sense of what I liked (which was a nice oval cut). By March 2021, he proposed with a beautiful oval center stone on a pave band. A few months later, we were wed in a civil ceremony where I got an eternity band, and my husband got a tungsten band. Less than a year later, we were wed in a church where I got a half eternity ring. Now I have a gorgeous ring stack all thanks to great selection and amazing staff - Aaron, Adam and Nancy! First came here to help my now brother-in-law to pick out an engagement ring for my twin sister. 8 years later, I just came in to pick out wedding bands with my fiance (who also got my engagement ring here with that same sisters help-it's come full circle!). We've referred many people here (multiple engagement rings and wedding bands) not only for the quality of their rings but the amazing customer service. Today Aaron and Nancy were super helpful with us picking wedding bands. They had a huge selection of wedding bands for both men and women. No pressure on buying and no pressure with letting you take your own time to look and try on different rings. They answered all of our questions and were really informative about the different kinds of bands and were more than generous with the pricing for the rings. I am in so in love with our wedding bands and can't wait for them to get here! While they do take walk ins, the shop is on the more intimate size but you can definitely make appointments. You have to ring a buzzer for them to admit you inside. There's only 2 parking spots up front but there's street parking as well (had no issues finding a spot on a beautiful Saturday afternoon).
