Went to them for both my wife's engagement ring and wedding band! They made designing an engagement ring with them so easy, and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. Their incredible work with being able to do braided ring designs, while still being able to keep the whole ring slender, was ultimately what led me to choose designing a ring with them. Long overdue review of several beautiful pieces! My husband brought me to The Diamond Connection in January 2021 to browse rings to get a sense of what I liked (which was a nice oval cut). By March 2021, he proposed with a beautiful oval center stone on a pave band. A few months later, we were wed in a civil ceremony where I got an eternity band, and my husband got a tungsten band. No pressure on buying and no pressure with letting you take your own time to look and try on different rings. They answered all of our questions and were really informative about the different kinds of bands and were more than generous with the pricing for the rings. I am in so in love with our wedding bands and can't wait for them to get here! While they do take walk ins, the shop is on the more intimate size but you can definitely make appointments. You have to ring a buzzer for them to admit you inside. There's only 2 parking spots up front but there's street parking as well (had no issues finding a spot on a beautiful Saturday afternoon).
