They kept us informed of each step, and were kind, warm, generous with time and empathy. On such a sad day, they truly were the only bright spot. Thank you for your service, Cascade.

We had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with Cascade Veterinary Clinic in…read moreWenatchee. We were charged over $1,800 for our dog's care, despite being told beforehand that the neuter procedure would be free. When we questioned the charges, they denied ever saying that which was frustrating and felt misleading. After the surgery, our dog needed additional attention and had to be brought back in. What they described as a "band-aid fix" was never clearly explained to us, leaving us confused and concerned about what was actually being done. Even more troubling, the fix didn't hold the first time or 3rd our dog had the same issue again while still on the table at the clinic. Sadly, the root of the problem was not ever discovered. and sadly, the bill for the so-called band aid fix was the same amount as the first surgery, stitches and neuter. The staff is rude including the receptionist. they seem more concerned about the bill than the animals honestly. When they returned our dog to us, he was extremely out of it to the point that it was alarming. We had to carry him to the car, and the same issue happened again on the way home. The entire situation felt rushed, poorly communicated, and deeply unsettling. Sadly, our dog is no longer with us, and we are left with a lot of grief and disappointment--not just from the loss, but from the way everything was handled. After a bill of over $1800.00 we would expect some resolution instead we lost our dog and left with more expenses. we loved him so much.  We expected transparency, care, and professionalism during a difficult time, and we did not receive that. We would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.

The man Duke who owns this clinic for animals is by himself working alone, he also does house calls to multiple cities around the area, and since he works by himself and he's a little older than most of you he may forget sometimes that he scheduled things duplicative of one another. But he's enough of a man to call you and reschedule. I went there it was $100 for x-ray he did three could not figure out if my dog ate corn cobs or not it did not even charge me that's after we rescheduled from the morning at 9:00 until 5:00 p.m.. this man deserves more credit than all of you negative referrals ever give him he is an honorable man tries his best to accommodate everybody and loves animals. Not to mention he works out of his own home upstairs he lives downstairs the vet clinic and you people that leave negative reviews I hope all the ones that read them read mind first because he's a great man didn't even charge me a dime for $300 worth of x-rays. Who else in the Wenatchee valley or anywhere else for that matter would do that nobody but a dog lover. You Rock Doctor Duke

Thank God he did she was in so much pain, wasn't drinking or eating and just didn't want to move. No other Vet clinic from Wenatchee to Leavenworth...would see her even Cascade after $600 no diagnosis sent me home with pain meds because I didn't have $1200 for an X-ray. That was just for the x-ray. Dr. Duke let me stay with her during the entire exam even the X-ray. After just a few minutes with her he was already figuring out what was wrong, She had a really high fever and she had something in her stomach she wasn't digesting, he showed me everything on the x-ray. Gave her an antibiotic shot, & pills & meds to pass the stuff out of her stomach that was causing so much pain & infection. He also dewormed her, trimmed her nails. All those clinics say they care about your pet, only if you got the money other wise they will turn your pet away to die period. Tell me again how much they care for your pet, two faced its all an act! Dr. Duke charged me way less than $600 including x-ray, meds and all. Wow the vet clinics are really price gouging us all.

Dr Shawna Bais has been so calm and reassuring when I'm feeling worried or stressed about something wrong with my pet. I actually heard a story from a friend about how he and his wife had taken their cat to several vets in town and felt they were all dismissive until they came here and Shawna was the first vet that listened and cared and helped them with the cat. I had to smile when they told me the story because I felt the same way when I came here. She heard me. She cared. And she has taken wonderful care of my puppy. Tonight was really the moment that solidified all this for me. Long story short, I emailed and called after hours. Late at night. On a weekend. And guess who looked at my emailed pictures and called me back? I could have cried in gratitude. She was so reassuring, gave me helpful suggestions and wasn't at all upset with me for potentially spoiling her time off. Over and over I'm thankful Shawna is our vet. She's such a blessing!

I called to ask about spaying a cat and who ever answered couldn't give me any info. Just kept saying they were booked. I asked how much it would be and he didn't know because there's additional charges but that there was a waiting list. I said that I was ok with being placed in a waiting list, I asked that what was an approximate time for my cat to get looked at and he couldn't give me a time frame either, that he didn't know. I asked when it was a good time to spay my cat and he said 6 months. I asked if I were to be placed on the waiting list and got called before my cat was 6 months old if it would affect her. He didn't know. Ask what would happen with my place if I got called and it wasn't time he didn't know.
