It was very quite busy - definitely a spot for locals. We ordered the shared plate which included 1/2 a rack of ribs, 8oz skirt steak, chicken skirt steak and chorizo (which is regular sausage) and 2 sides. We enjoyed our meal it was too much for us so we have left overs. However, the server didn't check in with us once to see if we needed anything or had any add ons. Great small local steakhouse with indoor and outdoor casual seating areas with no dressing restrictions. The best of the best ribs with great sides. We had mac and cheese and lightly breaded fries (unique of its kind). Service is very attentive and its there when needed. We went on a Sunday evening around 6:30 pm and it seemed like things were winding down. Sat on the patio to start but quickly moved inside due to an abundance of small moths. We ordered the farmers fest to share (4 adults, 2 children). It comes with a half rack of St. Louis ribs, grilled skirt steak, grilled sausage and grilled chicken breast. Also 2 sides. We ordered extra sides as well. All the meat was really good with the exception of the chicken, which was a little overcooked. Sides were decent, rice and beans, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was really good! Our server was awesome! Friendly and attentive. We sat upstairs - ordered 2 appetizers- the dumplings and the jalapeño poppers- only the dumplings came. They were tasty but cold. For entrees we ordered the salmon with veggies and the ribs with the jack Daniel's bacon sauce. Both arrived cold- again- and the ribs did not have the sauce. The sever took the ribs away and brought them back several minutes later. When they got back they were even colder and there was no "sauce" only dried bacon bits. They were dry and over done and the potato was hard. We were excited to try the food here- especially the ribs- as they are known for them. We informed our server and he simply smiled and told us he would let the kitchen know. We received a full bill without even a simple apology. Our server was a nice young man but seemed to be overwhelmed and left alone upstairs- with little to zero help from the other employees or managers or kitchen staff downstairs. Casiano's is such a gem. We've gone twice, ordered once off the menu, then from the lunch specials. Both experiences were just awesome. The ribs are so tender and portions are generous. Lunch specials are under 7 bucks and are amazing! Delicious and a great deal. If you come in the later portion of the day, they'll likely run out of food for the lunch specials. Service was very good both times - staff is very attentive and friendly. It's a small space but with seating inside, upstairs and outside. Even with being relatively small, it's comfortable. It seems to be a good idea but when the kitchen is brings to you, the cold mashed of Viandas in the center and hot outside brings disappointment. However when the dish is identified as Dorado (Mahi Mahi) and they bring you Tilapia it is truly offensive and a hoax. read more

My experience at this establishment was negative from arrival. I was not welcome at the table nor handed any menu. After more than 15 mins waiting the server showed up expecting us ready to give the order. Because it was our first time we placed an order for the appetizer. It took 1 hour for the restaurant to prepare and bring the appetizer to our table. The soggy insipidous pork dumpling was drowning in chili sweet and sour sauce which made it look like a soup. After we finished the appetizer I had to call the server to place the for our entrees. Our food arrived cold--at least one hour later. The sweet potato fries are not the ones you are used to eat on the states and it doesn't taste that great either. My advice, avoid the dumplings and sweet potato fries and bring a book while you wait, it'll be a long wait. NOTE: Busy tourists with places to be should avoid this place. Awful food, awful service. Do yourself a favor, skip this place! The only thing they did fast was to ask if Ed wanted to leave 25% tip...absolutely now! We ordered sangria, it was good. We had the sausage appetizer...after we waited 25 minutes, and flagged down our server to ask where it was. It came, cold. Then we had the steak, chicken and rib platter. Again, not hot at all. We also ordered a rib dinner, not hot either. Dinner took over 45 minutes to get and was served luke warm...where had it been?? Then we flagged down someone to ask if we could have napkins. No one ever asked if we needed water...more drinks. Nothing!! Then we flagged down a person, we asked for the check, and the person told me...you are going to have to wait for a bit because the server is helping someone else. I said, I'll just go up front...which I did...and waited and waited and waited. Finally someone said what do you need? I said I need to pay my check...to which they asked me, the customer, where is your check? . I told them I have no check, finally a guy came forward, starting pushing buttons on the POS...produced a check...then asked me to do the 25% tip???? If it wasn't for the Holiday Inn...and the casino down the street, they would be closed. Don't let all the cars fool you...it's people drinking...and waiting FOREVER for their food. read more

I found this place for my family on here and everything looked amazing from the photos. But once we got here everything just got better! We shared the farmer ( sausage, ribs and skirt steak). All 4 of us were full and satisfied! Great drinks great apps great service too! Our waiter was attentive, sweet and got everything we needed. Awful. We had been going there for years. The quality of the food has severely declined. They overcharge. We get the farmer's meat plate which consist d of full rib rack, two full cuts id chicken breast, one whole flank of stake and sausage-They now cut the ribs in portion, the chicken breast is precooked and dry also cut into portions, same deal with the sausage. They also cut the steak into portion and also precooked. Who wants their food precut and dry, no one. Why don't they just chew it for you as well. They now ask if you want extra sauce on the side and charge you separately without telling you . Don't bother getting extra sauce, unless you want to be charged extra. Side dishes are also terrible and over priced. We will never return. read more

This was ths best meal we had in our entire trip to Puerto Rico. The service was fast, food was exquisite and prices were incredible.
