Let your friends languish on a waiting list for a Rolex Submariner (the best $1,200 watch you can own for $15,000.) as proven by the impeccable Superclones coming out of China for $500. By comparison, Casio delivers a watch that can take whatever you can throw at it without a time out for tantrums or a visit to Urgent Care. The best $150 I ever spent. read more

Casio G-Shock is another store I would stop in to browse and DREAM. I had a diving watch in my youth because I was a surfer girl. I really wanted one now because I do not like going out and looking at my phone to check the time. I just don't feel safe with my phone out unnecessarily at this time of my life. I'm so blessed to have a friend that purchased a Luminous G-Shock watch for me for my 78th birthday. This watch is like the one I had and it will light up at night so I can see the time. My daughter doesn't have any clocks in her apartment so this is going to be a big help especially when my phone is charging. Plus I've been doing a lot of dishes and it's going to hold up around water. I'm so grateful and excited to get the time set today. More photos to come and possibly 5 Stars. You can buy them virtually literally everywhere. I like to keep up with thier website listings, and have signed up for their emails. This is the best way to keep track of what's new. By doing this, I found out about their 40th anniversary private event where they had J Balvin live at the Hammerstein ballroom. Sooooooo cool to have gotten these tickets, and for free ;-] G-Shock watches aren't just durable and sophisticated in their way, but they go well with any dress attire you wear. Came here to check it out to see if they had a 50th Anniversary watch and they didn't have it. They told me it was sold out. So, I stayed here to check out the gallery and it looks impressive, well decorated, and with so many Casio watches on display. I didn't end up buying anything because i outgrew Casio watches as they are ubiquitous, affordable, reliable, and go out of style in couple of years. Plus Casio is just a Casio. At this stage in my life, I am looking for something much more special and with special meaning. I got a mudmaster for my birthday back in July. I initially liked the watch, but after a few months of wear, I noticed that the backlight would turn on without the button being pressed. Customer service here is just abysmal. I went to the store early afternoon looking to purchase a few watches but the store clerks were just busy chatting. If you like G-shocks, this is the place for you. I was in search of a G-shock, so I visited this store. Inside I saw a ton of permutations of the G-shock watch. There's got to be at least a 100 different types of G-shocks available here. I was in search of a G-shock that I saw on Amazon. Unfortunately, much to my surprise, they didn't have that particular model here, due to the fact that it was an older model. Regardless, I tried a bunch on and the salesman explained to me the types of services, they perform at the store, like battery changes and so forth. So if your looking for a newer G-shock model, they most likely have it here. I'm pretty sure there isn't much in terms of discounts, so plan on paying full retail price. But, if you like to get things straight from the manufacturer, this is a good place to visit. read more

Great store! Every currently available style of G-Shock is available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gallery upstairs was great to check out. In fact, the style I wanted was sold out online but they had one last one here. The guy walked my through everything, made me feel good about my purchase. I can spend hours at this shop. The only shop in NYC that has the full range and stock of every Gshock watch. Check out the gshock gallery upstairs where you'll find vintage watches as well. They'll also carry limited edition gshock watches as well which are not found at brick and mortar stores. Great service and they have occasional release party events. The shop to me is more of a gallery than a watch store. I'll be back to pick up my next watch for my collection. read more

I used to have 2 purchase experiences here, but I need to remind everyone that when you buy, you must check if the watch is scratched, otherwise it cannot be returned or even replaced with another model. The grb200 I bought last Friday is not very comfortable to wear and needs to be replaced. The model employee refused to replace me because of the scratches on the strap. It's not damaged just little bit scratches can't even tell it's rubber bands I am very angry with those Casio g shock so I do not recommend you to buy it here. read more

I paid nearly $300 to come and find out I can't return it because of COVID. the material is fake It caused a red irritation on my wrist because it's fake. Don't waste your money. I love this store. Love the watches! Stylish, durable and functional. I'm stickin' with G-Shock/Baby-Gs cos I'm tired of putting watches in the shop, lol. The two Casios I currently have have held up for a few years now. They've survived drops, water, bings and dings. The dude who works here on weekday evenings has assisted me a couple of times and is awesome as heck. My first trip there was to have a Baby-G that I'd ordered from Amazon authenticated. Fortunately, the watch was the real deal but in the future, I'll get my Casios from this spot or Macy's as the G-Shock dude suggested that if I purchase my watch from said retailers, I won't have to worry about whether they're real or nah. read more

I own about 7 G-Shocks, so this was a must stop for me (next door to the Billionaire Boys Club store in SoHo). I expected more exclusive products, but it's nice to see the entire G-Shock line under one roof and everything is at MSRP. The staff were very helpful as well. Being a G-Shock collector for 5 plus years, i have to stop by the ONLY G-Shock free standing Store in US. The Store has your regular/current collection of watches. What made it worth the trip was the upstairs with all of the rare/limited pieces from the past collection. If you're in NYC and a GShock collector,this is a must to stop by. read more

If you aren't dressed in anything that screams hypebeast or kanye west's yeezy style or look like your sense of fashion is taken from the complex or hypebeast fashion instagram, don't expect to be treated well. The interior of the store is pretty cool but it needs some cleaning. The watches they have are just ok, I expected way more since it's the only store in NY! As far as customer service... Let's just say I felt like a piece of meat, I guess these guys work on commission or something. The head boss, Tyler(he repeated it about 3 times) is extremely annoying, he was all in my face, he smells and can't stay still. He was making me nervous. There was another young kid that works there that did the same minus the smell part. Lol. And the assistant manger!! Ty! Idk why he's working there, he clearly acts likes he's to good to be there. He just stood behind the counter with this mean face on! Didn't even greet us, he gets paid for nothing. He actually walked past me and my friends and my friends in a aggressive manner, as if we were in his way! As soon as some people walked in that he knew, he was all smiles! When I walked in I was hoping to see the two girls that helped me before. And one of the girls was actually funny. That was he only positive part of this visit. They're more pleasant then these guys! read more
