Great spot. Sayed knows his stuff. Authorized Omega dealer like the previous reviewer said so I was not concerned about purchasing a fake piece anywhere inside of here. Went in for an all-cash buy, so I was able to haggle the price because of that. No pressure to buy anything and I actually came in several times before just to look and ask questions before committing to anything. I will be returning soon for a wedding gift. AND BTW To the Reviewer "Ed Y." who gave this location 1 star and claimed that the area was "ghetto" and smelled, you need to get a grip on reality here bro seriously. They are authorized omega dealer, so no worries about counterfeit or warranty these kind of things. Nice and kind people work here. Great selection and inventory of Omega watches. They helped me try out many different ones, no pressure of rushing me to make a purchase at all. I picked a Seamaster and they were able to help me to fit it into my budget. Should have done this review a couple of years ago when I got my Speedmaster from Sherizad and Mr. Sayeed. Excellent family run business. Both treated me fairly and honestly. Gave me an amazing deal. Mr. Saheed and Sherizad are very knowledgeable about the pieces they are selling, from the parts in the movement of each piece up to the history of the brands they represent. Since then, I've purchased several other watches from them. Each and every time, their service and price was top notch. I have been looking to purchase an Omega Speedmaster for a few months now. After doing endless hours of research I thought I would give a few Omega Authorized Dealers a try before committing to an online-only retailer. Moon Lite was my third or fourth call but the second I picked up the phone you could tell they wanted my business. The price of their Speedmaster was much less than Omega's Boutique price and even less than other authorized dealers. When I came to pick up my watch I was greeted by Shehrazad and he had my watch all ready for me. The watch was in flawless condition and it was never worn. I found this place at the OMEGA website for authorized dealers in the NYC area. This is not the boutique in 5th Ave and the appereance of the streets around may fool you but, I gave it a try. I visited and consulted the store a few times before I made the move on my Seamaster. The family owner of the store provided a hi quality expertise not only on the Omega product I was browsing for but on the luxury watch industry. Each time was pleasurable and very didactic. Leaving the store empty handed, encoraged you to pursue your own knowledge in timeless machines. Which happily led me to make an educated decision about what I wanted to wear within my price range. I wanted to make sure I was completly certain about my thoughts so I wrote this review a year after I purchased my watch. And having said so, I am thinking about a second one. Saeed, among all the salesmen I spoke to in many authorized and non authorized but reputable stores, is the most knowledgeable of all. He does not care about making a sale but for you to walk away with the product you know is right for you. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. I would recommend on never doing business with Moonlite Jewelers. First of all, if you walk into the vicinity of this neighborhood, it is as ghetto as ghetto can be. There is no parking anywhere and the place smells like curry, disgusting. If you call them up and ask them to beat a price, they will beat the price. This is where the nightmare starts to begin. Once you go to the store, they later increase their price. The owner Sayed does not know anything about watches. They basically do a bait and switch kind of business. They promise you the entire world over the phone but when it comes to pricing, they will lie and cheat and lie OVER AND OVER Again. They will tell you that you have been mistaken or misunderstood their prices. I called them up, they said they will beat the price and give you an exact amount. Once you go to the store, they will increase their price and their price becomes the most expensive out of all the competition. I recommend on saying far far away from this business. They made me waste a 2 trips for a classic bait and switch scheme. I recommend going to a different dealer especially one at Alicia's Jewelers in Bayside, where not only did they beat Moonlite's price, but the service by Kathy was unbeatable. I went to each and every authorized Breitling dealer and everyone said that Moonlite is terrible. They were all surprised that they were still authorized by Breitling. Moonlite got into trouble by selling watches to India when they were not supposed to & somehow get their watches illegally. They were warned by Breitling corporate a few times. I am writing this review because I feel as if they are scam artists. I am a Caucasian person and they were Indian, & they were telling me that my English was off or I did not understand them. I purchased an Omega watch that i had been searching for and I was able to find the exact model at Moon Lite. I found the service at Moon Lite to be honest, courteous, and fair. I had to get some things organized personally before I was able to move on the watch purchase, and Saeed agreed to hold the watch for me for a few days. He did not have to sell it to me, but he kept his word that he would wait for me. The transaction was painless and I was able to connect with Moon Lite easily when I had questions. The watch is beautiful and I am thankful to this business for agreeing to work with me even though I was likely not the easiest customer to work with. Thank you Saeed.
