Excellent food and service. I've have breakfast here multiple times and it is always great. Creamy good hollandaise sauce, crunch hash brown rounds, delightfully seasoned home fries, great coffee and a small bar menu with delicious mimosas. :)

The Greek Chicken panini was excellent and I recommend getting extra Tzaziki sauce for the fries!

Even the bathroom was updated and clean. My bride and I hopped over from Resorts World. Took less than 10 minutes. We have the fondest memories of this area. Our server, or as we said back in the day, waitress, Evelyn, was friendly and fantastic. We had delicious omelets with potatoes and we each substituted muffins for toast. Gloria had a mushroom & cheese with a blueberry muffin. I had a veggie omelet with a toasted bran muffin which was toasted to perfection on the grill. Everything was tasty, hot and accurate. Evelyn was a crackerjack on coffee refills. And the coffee was way better than what was served at Resorts. This will be our goto whenever we are in the area!

Regularly comes with french fries, but I paid a lil more for onion rings. The roast beef is cooked in-hose, perfectly I might add. The sandwich comes in four portions and is challenging to wrap your mouth around. The restaurant is a little dated, but that is a minimal issue that the food more than makes up for. Our server took good care of us during our visit and we left very satisfied. If you have room left, there are homemade desserts as well.

For my family, a road trip through the Catskills isn't complete without a stop at Roscoe Diner…read more We've been coming here for years, and walking through the doors always brings back memories of past trips. The diner is incredibly popular, so don't be surprised if there's a wait during peak hours. Between the convenient location right off the highway and its reputation as a Catskills institution, it's easy to see why so many travelers make this a regular stop. One of my favorite details is the collection of college banners hanging throughout the restaurant. Every visit, I find myself looking around to see which schools are represented. Food-wise, the deep-fried French toast is the menu item everyone talks about, and for good reason. I usually order one of their omelets with sausage links, and it's always hearty and satisfying. Before heading out, take a look at the bakery case. They offer a great selection of cookies, including several gluten-free varieties, which is something I always appreciate. As someone who eats gluten-free, I'd love to see them expand those options even further with gluten-free bread or a few additional menu items. The diner has also added an ice cream shop behind the main building, making it an even more enjoyable stop during the warmer months. Service has always been friendly, though things can move a little slower when the restaurant is packed. If you're ordering takeout, it's also worth double-checking your order before leaving, as we've occasionally had an item missed. The building itself shows its age, and while a refresh could certainly brighten things up, there's also something comforting about the nostalgia that comes with a classic roadside diner that's been serving travelers for generations. I do miss the days when Roscoe Diner stayed open later, but I understand how much the restaurant industry--and small-town economies--have changed over the years. No place is perfect, but Roscoe Diner remains one of those special stops that feels woven into the Catskills experience. Between the comforting food, welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and years of family memories, it's a place we'll continue visiting for many years to come.

Even in this economy, Tilly's prices are extremely fair and the portions are large and filling. I came here twice. When you're here you know what you're going to get out of the establishment. We were given seats at the bar promptly, we were served water early and were asked for our orders at a timely manner. Everyone behind the counter was helpful to us. As I admired their work it was easy to see how Tilly's has remained a local favorite. The continuous boots on the ground - foot traffic of bussing tables, serving food, taking orders - was all calculated chaos. At the heart of it all was the food that came at a reasonable time and the conversations you had with local neighbors and customers who sat near you. The French toast was delicious, not too sweet but the syrup was aplenty. The omelette was seasoned well, packed with flavor. However the potatoes were serviceable at best. The Tilly's Waitress Special was the quintessential breakfast meal. Tilly's left us satisfied and full
