This is the second time I've used this service and, just like the first time, I was extremely happy! I'm elderly and needed someone to put together a complicated set/stand desk. The handyman showed up right on time, and easily assembled this disc within about 30 minutes - it would've taken me hours! Then, I asked him to fix a closet door that was derailed from the top and bottom. He easily tackled this problem as well. The price was what we agreed on and more than reasonable! I give them my highest rating (five stars) and would give them even a higher rating if possible. Can't go wrong with Caspi Handyman! They were on time even come little earlier. There was too much mess with my electric system in the apartment. Those guys worked very clean and changed all wire system. From pictures you can see old situation. They are kind of new but did their job very professionally. I will refer them to some friends. With the recent winds and wet weather, we had a water leak coming from the ceiling. Contacted a few different handyman to see if they would be able to help identify and resolve the issue. CASPI Handyman (Murad) returned my call the same day, set up an appointment for the following day to further investigate, along with providing an accurate quote. Murad was very polite upon his arrival, followed all COVID precautions, was not afraid to go up in the attic and spend the time needed to find the root cause of the leak with pictures. With more wet weather expected this week, Murad and his team were able to adjust their work schedule to ensure they would be able to make the necessary repairs needed ahead of time. Overall, nothing but great things to say as this was a seamless process from beginning to end in less than a week. They focused on getting the work done timely, provided receipts for all supplies purchased, before and after pictures of the work they completed, along with cleaning up after themselves.
