rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I brought in both of my vehicles--a Toyota and a Mercedes S-Class--for brake work, and the Mercedes also needed an oil change. After the service, both cars developed loud squeaking noises when braking. Even worse, the oil light came on in my Mercedes shortly after--I checked it myself and found the oil was only half filled. I had to buy oil and top it off on my own. When I brought these issues to their attention, there was no apology and no effort to make things right. I returned my Toyota three separate times for the brake issue, and they still couldn't fix it. Each visit made things worse--the noise even shifted from one side to the other. I also noticed concerning behavior while their mechanic was working--he appeared unsure of what he was doing and had to repeatedly ask the manager for help. On top of that, my emergency brake was left so tight after their service that I could barely use it. Overall, this shop showed a lack of professionalism, knowledge, and accountability. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP! Long story short, I was on the drive out to Arizona, about to make a deal with another dealership located in Scottsdale that had unfortunately fallen through at the last second leaving me, stuck and needing to find another car as my previous one that I traded in was up to 190,000 miles. I managed to find the 2020 Infiniti Q50 pure lux through this dealership posted on OfferUp. I did notice that the price reflected the salvage title, but the deal seemed almost too good to pass up, so I came in with a friend to take a look at the car take it for a test drive and work out a deal. I worked with the owner Peter specifically on this deal, He seemed very knowledgeable and was super transparent and upfront about how the car had come to have a salvage title being in a previous accident. As we were working out the deal and talking about financing, He told me numerous times that I could easily refinance The car within about six months to a year after owning it and making payments on time. Being that I have never purchased a salvage title vehicle, And I will admit, I did not do my Own homework, I later came to realize that I was LIED too by Peter Who came across as a genuine and friendly small business owner. I am very fortunate that the car has had zero mechanical or electronic issues in the last almost a year that I have had it. I did, however, start receiving a bunch of Mail from various banks offering to refinance my car Payment. Luckily for me, I can afford the payment no problem as it is right now, however, I was interested in seeing if I could get it refinanced. Unfortunately, came to find out that absolutely no one will touch a refinancing on a salvage title, Peter knew this well in advanced and proceeded to LIE To me during the car buying process numerous times. Not only that, I later came to notice that the work they had initially done on the car was very subpar, Leaving me to Jerry rig the back, bumper with metal pieces in order to prevent it from flapping in the wind on the highway as it was not installed properly. The paint is also chipping and bubbling on the front bumper, As well as Finding they used tape to hold the sensors on the bumper in the rear. The front bumper also does not sit properly, and I am constantly having to realign and try to slap it back into place. All this being said, I absolutely cannot recommend anyone come here to do a deal with a shady business owner, who would willingly lie numerous times to and take advantage of someone they knew is a veteran. Absolutely shameful and disgusting. If you have zero integrity as a human being, You have nothing in this world to offer anyone and your word means absolutely nothing. Side note: I also read in Another review of a gentleman who found out his warranty was not able to be used Given the salvage title, I will happily come back to this review and update it if I also find out the exact same information if and when the time comes that I need to use my warranty. read more

Seem Friendly but then over promised on what they could deliver. Charged the extra $50 for a custom license plate. Then tried to get more money 3weeks later cause they made a mistake on taxes of the vehicle. Hadn't receive plate went in they gave me the paper tag and saw it wasn't what I said on the plate. They said oh that not what we ordered it will come in with right verbiage and on the veteran plate. when I confronted them, they said it wasn't written up for custom plate on Veteran plate. They also said just had an oil change, driven 1k mile when change oil light came on. No second fob but per Dodge deal should have come with one. said it didn't come with one, but they have a guy that could make one for cheap. And they'd send me his number 3 times, NEVER got it. I felt as if they did not understand the problem once the vehicle was home. I called and complained that when the A/C was turned on, glass came blowing out all of me, my clothing, seat, carpet, etc...in brushing it off I cut my hand twice. They did not return my call, and had me wait a week before it could be fixed, there were other problems that needed fixing at that time. It took 3 months to get the title, and it was NEVER registered, they took the money, had me fill out the paperwork, held on to it and then mailed it at the end of the 90 day period. I am will report this to the BBB and dealership complaint department at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. Ridiculous and unprofessional. read more

I took my vehicle to THREE different mechanics and they each told me the vehicle is so unsafe it shouldn't be on the road. When I took it back for Sam it fix, he told me they're just mechanics, they don't know what they're talking about. Makes sense, right? I went back and forth with him to get my car back. He refused until I filed a complaint with the attorney general. The cherry on top was getting my car back, paying him for tax, title, and registration only to get a letter from him saying I actually had to still pay the title and registration. We bought a 2019 Ford F150 from Caspian Auto right after Christmas 2022. Armando was very professional and friendly when talking to us about the vehicle and taking us for a test drive. The title was a rebuilt title because the truck had been in an accident and was totaled by the insurance company. Sam, Caspian's service and repair manager, did fantastic work on the truck and basically restored it to "brand new"--you could not even tell it had ever been wrecked. Armando showed us the pictures of the damage that had happened to the truck. Not only did Sam repair the visible outside parts, he also put new shocks and brakes on because he wanted to be sure we would have no problems with it once we took it home. The best part was that we got a fantastic deal buying this truck from Caspian as compared to other deals that we found at the time. All in all it was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. I spent the better part of my afternoon looking for a place to get my sisters oil changed. I struck out with a lot of shops. Most of them were booked or would not accept their Groupon offer on the weekends. Only during the week and at hours that unfortunately would not work with my schedule. I called Caspian and Sam answered. He was very professional over the phone and wanted to make sure he had the oil filter and oil for my sisters 2015 Honda Civic. He mentioned that he would call back but I got anxious and called him back after 20-30 minutes. I've worked at many dealerships in both parts and service. It should not come as a surprise that shops get busy in the afternoon. Especially on the weekends. He notified me that the conventional oil that they had is not suggested for the car. I, in turn, asked him if they had synthetic. He confirmed. I asked him if we could take care of it today. Without hesitation, he said "Yes" and told me to stop by at my convenience. I dropped what I was doing and made my way out to him. Right as I pulled up. No kidding. This clean-cut man stepped out of the service area and greeted me. He already knew who I was and politely opened the door to the main office. He let me know that he would be charging me the same price I saw online but for synthetic oil, the filter and the labor. $30 people! As I mentioned before, I've worked at dealerships and that is by far waaay less than we would charge. He asked me for the keys and offered me a seat in their little snazzy waiting room. He then told me that it would take 20-30 minutes. I questioned it in my head and told him to take his time. I was in no rush. I walked the small lot to check out the cars they had for sale. Took me no more than 10 minutes. I went back to the office and sat down. I pulled out a magazine and sent a couple of text messages. By the time I was done Sam walks in and said: "Your car is done." I was stunned and in disbelief. He handed me the keys and gave me a brief rundown of the service and sent me off with his adieu. I got in the car and drove off in shock. The car ran smooth. Working in dealerships before, it seemed too good to be true. As soon as I got home, with no disrespect to Sam and his business; I checked the service done. The oil was changed and the filter was replaced. I highly recommend Caspian Auto for those looking for great automotive customer service. I wish more places were like this. As sketchy as hell, this place strikes me. Sam also sells used cars at his establishment. When I went in to test-drive one (that had, incidentally, been listed on Craigslist as 'for sale by owner' and titled not to his business but to an unknown third party) Sam verbally presented history on the salvage-titled vehicle that I knew to be false, because, unbeknownst to him, I'd already run a CarFax report on said vehicle. What's more, he refused to permit me to take the vehicle to my trusted mechanic (fellow whose shop is just down the street, as a matter of fact) for a thorough inspection. Make what you will of these statements of fact, but to me, they scream 'CAVEAT EMPTOR'.....'BUYER BEWARE', and I'd strongly recommend that you independently verify any statement he makes about any vehicle he's selling. read more

Sam the owner was awesome! First I had an oil change that was super quick and inexpensive. That same night my alternator went out. My normal mechanic wasn't open on Saturdays so I had my older Ford Taurus towed there first thing that next morning. He texted me a breakdown of the cost and sent pics of what needed to be repaired.
