I am very type-A so I really appreciated the level of responsiveness and accommodation that Alex provided. She was very prompt with her email, I was able to discuss ideas I had months in advance, outfit options, and even shared my Pinterest board with her so she was very aware of what I was looking for and delivered just that! She also accommodated an outfit change and multiple locations.
