It's become a comfortable place for me when visiting back home. I've stayed at great places all over the globe, including a lot of impressive B&Bs (and a few not so impressive!). Arbor Hill Inn is a gem. The rooms are appointed comfortably. They have themes, and from my perspective, are done without being cloying or over the top . The prices are reasonable and the breakfasts are a lovely (and nicely done) way to start the day. The owners and staff are very accommodating and pleasant, and know how to run a place without being intrusive (the house and annex are laid out in a way that one has decent privacy).

She was also very helpful in determining realistically how long our travel from Midway would take! While in residence in Uncle Karl's room, we were treated to freshly baked cookies and tasty breakfasts. The wedding party took over the place and the owners didn't seem to mind at all! Great place for a wedding! Upon returning home, my husband realized he left a club on the golf course! The club was located but the course was not helpful in sending it across the country. Never mind, Laura at Arbor Hills to the rescue! With a bit of online coordination, UPS picked up the club and my husband received it in good time and stead. Talk about the extra mile! I assume it is meant to be like a night light but it would be better if they did away with it. The bathroom looks recently remodeled but the tub creaks like it is just an overlay. The TV doesn't have streaming and had the least number of channels I've seen in a long time. I normally wouldn't care too much but this hotel is out in the middle of nowhere so there's nothing else to do. Plan on picking up dinner en route from somewhere else. I'm greeted very friendly with each stay along with clean rooms no issues whatsoever upon check in beds are extremely comfortable rooms are very clean and smell pleasant unlike some hotels in this area. The new GM is an extremely sweet and kind person that always has a smile. I got stuck here last year during the horrible snowstorm that came through here and they provided food until we were able to leave the property. I stay in many different hotels due to travel for work and I will always choose this location. Oh make sure you on time for breakfast because it's amazing

Doesn't remove snow in winter. Cleaned once after tenants complained. Bird nests in rotten fascia boards. Radiators do not turn off...All are broken and never fixed after tenants complained several times. I do not recommend working with this company. No experience in property management at all...Just my opinion!
