In a single word: Phenomenal!! We went in to finally replace carpet that had been in our home since it was built, having now seen it day and night from working at home during the pandemic. We were replacing flooring in the living, dining and family rooms, as well as a 2nd floor hallway and stairs, as well as painting those walls - so not a small investment. And even with lots of online research, I still had tons more questions, not wanting to make any mistake that I'd have to live with for a long time. I was at a stage where I had to see and put my hands on some samples before purchasing. Enter Jennifer..... We went to the showroom; she was friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions (and asked some we hadn't thought of), navigated us around brands and options; and was amazing in turning our vision into reality, including moving forward with actually purchasing patterned (yes, patterned) carpet for those spaces! (Anyone who has been conditioned to always go for safe, neutral single colors in wall to wall carpet, knows the apprehension in doing this...) She came out to get measurements, with samples that helped us choose the best colors for the lighting and coordinate with the incoming paint color. I was extremely impressed when it came time to order - it was clear that she was very experienced in knowing how to efficiently account for pattern matching. When you're paying by the square foot, that matters! Ordering was efficient, delivery was on time; and the installers were Exceptional. We had some big, heavy furniture pieces to move in some of these rooms, even with the small stuff taken out. To this day, I still do not know how some of those pieces got moved....but they got it all moved, carpets laid down and finished all of the spaces, in One Day. They were professional, courteous, efficient, respectful and cleaned everything up when the work was done. As far as the results: I could not be more pleased! Each of the choices was absolutely spot on. Attaching a few photos here; they don't completely do it justice, but a small sample of how patterns transformed those spaces. And as for the carpeting on the stairs..... not only was the install amazing, but the comfort.... it is the first time ever that I find myself actually taking off my shoes and socks to just experience walking on it!! It seems goofy, yes; but in these times when we're spending so much time inside our spaces, the ability to step outside the home office, and onto Instant Zen, was a totally unexpected and welcome surprise. Good dump Funny name…read moreand they have a lot of funny sayings and signs inside... But, it's really just a furniture store. They claim to have a different model than regular furniture stores or just different, but it's like all the others. They have furniture for almost every room and everybody. The prices are comparable to other furniture stores. What I like about the dump is really just their building. It's a huge store, like a warehouse inside, and is very big. They have a lot to look at, which makes it hard to walk out without finding something you like.

I waited almost a year for a special-order sectional sofa with a chaise lounge--an investment of nearly $10,000. We also purchased a coffee table and an end table. When the order finally arrived, the tables had multiple chips in the finish, and the sofa was not what I had ordered. The seat depth was two inches shorter than specified, and the arms were completely different from what we selected. Resolving this required multiple home visits, along with detailed photos comparing cushion measurements from both the showroom and my home. Returning the damaged tables was straightforward. However, my experience with customer service regarding the sofa was disappointing. I was informed that Century, the manufacturer, offered either a 10% discount if I accepted the sofa as-is or a full refund. I was stunned to learn that Century would not remake the sofa because, as stated, "the same thing could happen again." I do not consider this acceptable customer service, especially given the cost and wait time involved. As a result, I will not be purchasing from Toms Price again.

It is next to Binny's. Huge parking lot. We have purchased furniture from Toms Price in the past and found the quality to be high end. Also, pricing is reasonable for the brands they offer. The store is one level, unlike Wheaton, and filled with displays. It really is helpful to be able to sit on the chairs and couches. We were cheerfully greeted upon entry and introduced to our designer, Taraneh. She is extremely talented, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful while guiding selections. Now everyone will want to work with her. My only suggestion: furniture selection takes time so you might want to offer your customers a bottle of water. There is a drinking fountain in the back corner but how about some cups?

We wanted the rug dried out - we couldn't just hang it over a railing bc it was soaking and we had rain in the forecast for the next several - and while many other companies needed us to bring the rug to their site, Minasian said they could pick up our rug that afternoon, clean it at their facility and return it to our house at a date we would schedule. They quoted us a competitive price, their team showed up that same day (on time), their team guys were friendly and professional, and they removed our wet (now useless) rug pad, in addition to taking our rug for cleaning. A few days later, the company called us to schedule home delivery of our cleaned rug. They gave us a tight (30-minute) window - not one of these cases where a company gives you a 4-hour window! - their team arrived on time, and again, the guys were super helpful and friendly. Although we didn't buy a rug pad from Minasian - we got one from elsewhere online - their team cut our rug pad (at my request) to fit our rug's size. All around, fantastic service! I recommend Minasian and would use them again.
