Cassones RV 3032 E. Main Street Mesa, AZ Okay the best man in auto sales that I've met in a LOOOOONG time. Humble, Helpful and full of HEART. I show up with broken circumstances, well totaled actually. Survived a freeway accident, that totaled my car. The following week I ended up in the hospital with a health scare, with the following week my car stopped working. To call my once best friend asking for help who had the means to help, and chose to abandon me, in my tear filled request for help. Begging tear filled, panicking, in pain from the hospital stay and with $50.00 for gas asking for help with the use of a car, something anything. I've got job interviews all next week, to be told, " I can not help you." I show up to this man RV & Luxury car lot. I am greeted and this well mannered gently man with sweet tattoos says come have a seat. After talking to me and seeing that my skills are "as wild as I am" yet looked at me and said, "come back in a few days and lets see what we can do." After an entire week and day of being told I am over qualified or you can not have a desk here, I can't pay you but you can sell my stuff, and market for me for free. I showed up Friday afternoon after 4pm and all day was the beating of "your skills are well not "robotic" they are all over the place." The sweetest words came outta this mans mouth, "I love what I see and I can help you by teaching you how to xyz, and your real estate strength love it, lets talk and "how can I help you accomplish your mission." I've got a desk for you here, and I'll teach you how to do the things he needs help with. He was willing to grant an even exchange of time for value in teaching. After a few months of being told, "commission, commission, commission." It was a relieve to meet a business person who saw "commission" spelled like "co-mission" in a desire to help kids, men & woman! WOW - Report ya'll WOW report!!!! I left amazed and shocked not knowing how to respond! After a week of getting my ass handed to me, God allowed me to show up to a place of refuge. Someone a business man willing to help someone help themselves by allowing my skills and talents to help me, help him, help myself. WOULD YOU COME AND BUY OR RENT AN RV FROM RICHARD? RENT A LUXURY CAR FOR THE DAY (REALTORS- YOU KNOW YOU NEED IT) GUYS C'MON $50.00 TO TAKE A BMW FOR A SPIN AND THAT GIRL (you know your queen) YOU WANNA TAKE ON A DATE! YA'LL ALL I KNOW IS..... It matters where you invest your extra money these days whether it is the needed affordable luxury car for your industry (real estate, wealth management, golf pro, entertainer, or like me just like fancy & fast cars on a budget!!!! I have been meaning to write a review on Cassones RV since we purchased our first rig in May. It's been a pleasure dealing with Rich and his crew since day 1. We have particularly appreciated their straight-forward nature; there have been no surprises. They have delivered what they promised every time. I would also like to thank the Cassones team for their enthusiasm about all things RV. We are new to this, but each encounter w/the people at Cassones has helped to build our confidence. It's been great to deal directly w/ the owner; Rich is approachable, reasonable and fair. Lou, our salesman, was knowledgable and helped us figure out what we really needed. Chad, the technician, has been excellent. Again - no nonsense, but clear, helpful and encouraging. Linda from the office has been eager to help as well. My husband and I do not use dealer's to buy vehicle's from but we made an exception when we came upon Cassone's RV. The team at this facility from sales to the tech's to the Smooth Finish staff have gone above and beyond to make us happy we bought an RV from them. They have been completely honest from day one and will not do you wrong! The 90 day warranty they provided us on top of the excellent extended warranty we bought, gives us peace of mind. However, their motor homes are handed to their customers in like new condition with all of our requests met. I didn't see one motorhome of less than quality on their lot. They seem to take pride on show quality RV's. Rich Cassone, the owner of the company, seems to always be on site and likes to meet each of his customer's. Cassone's RV was recommended to me by Gary's full service auto repair in Chandler. My wife and I keep our coach in a storage lot and had damage done to the left side. When I brought the coach to Cassone's, Chad came out to assess the damage and explained that it was caused by sun reflecting off of the Airstream trailer parked beside us at the storage lot. To say I was impressed with his explanation and knowledge of RV's is an understatement. Insurance was called, a panel was located and installed and body and paint work was finished perfectly. Having gone 3 days without hot water in our RV and on very tight schedule we stopped in hopes that the guys at Cassones would at least take a look. Chad was awesome as he was able to immediately "take a look". Less than thirty minutes later we were on our way as Chad had diagnosed and repaired our water heater. And, Cassones was able to bill it to my manufacturers warranty!! Fast, Friendly, Honest, we will return for our RV Service in the future!! read more

We bought a used 5th wheel with the warranty and a few weeks later we took it out for the first time and discovered some issues. They had us drop it off and we had it back within a few days. Our understanding is most places take much longer servicing the coaches the sell. read more
