While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.

Fine. I agreed and the tech came back 2 days later as scheduled. He installed the battery and when ready to pay by Credit Card, he said that he would send me a link to pay by CC. No problem. 1 hour later, I received the link with a nasty voicemail (probably from the manager) to pay as soon as possible or they will lien my RV and call the police if I didn't pay. Just an hour and already threaten me of police. What a great customer service... On top of this, I never received an invoice with detail of the amount, which was much higher of the quote. I paid $424,10 for it and still don't know for what. He is very skilled…read more The joint between the front cap and roof on our RV leaked during heavy rain shortly after we arrived at the KOA. I called both mobile RV repair places that advertised in the KOA map. Joe, from ESH Mobile RV returned my call. He was able to schedule us for working on it. He found that the sealant had failed. He was able to pull it off by hand. Also, manufacturer had used self tapping screws, which he was able to pull out by hand. He replaced the loose screws with better ones, cleaned joint properly, and resealed it for us with dicor. Our next door neighbor had a water heater that didn't always work on electric power. He asked Joe to look at it for him. Joe logically tracked it down to a loose neutral in the outlet that the water heater plugged into, plus a burnt connector going to the on off switch. He quickly and efficiently fixed the water heater for my neighbor as well.
