Our back patio only needed about 100 sq ft of brick, so maybe 400 bricks, and after telling us he doesn't like to give estimates, he told us that with the dimensions we gave him, it was over 1,100 sq ft and we would need over 5,000 bricks. He was either trying to screw us or was just incompetent at reading basic measurements. But he also gave us a hard time about 1) Not calling in first (because we went in to actually see the bricks and to speak with someone in person about it, which seems like a normal practice in my opinion) 2) About sending him pictures of our existing brick on a weekend (which he could have just replied with a "Thank you, I will take a look on Monday" and that would've sufficed, but he instead took the time to quickly reply "I don't work on weekends." and that's it), and 3) For questioning his calculations (to which he said "This is why I don't like to give out estimates."). Just not friendly or professional and we took our business elsewhere (to Home Depot unfortunately) like he probably wanted us to.

In fact the people answering the phones were really complacent about whether I would rent from them or not. Then I spoke to Dillion at Sunbelt rental in Gaithersburg. He was so helpful. Even going to the effort of finding the product I needed at one of their stores in Jessup Md. He called me back,which is huge in today's world, and told me that he found what I needed and would have it shipped to their store. He called me back again when it arrived to his store and told me when I could pick it up. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Dillion. The post puller worked like a champ and pick up and drop off was super fast and easy. I'll be using Sunbelt in Gaithersburg from now on for all my rental needs. Thanks Dillion, you're super good at your job and that made my work easy and fast. You gave me time back that I was able to spend with my family and that is a priceless gift. You guys Rock!!
