I utilized TW Perry for a deck project, using them for roughly 90% of my materials and they were extremely professional. There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. One time to check on the inventory and the second time I came with a truck to haul the wood. All staff encountered were pleasant and pretty helpful. In addition, the price at TW perry was $11 less per sheet than a local competitor. It saved me $50 going here. The parking lot is small, but it's not needed to be any larger since the traffic was minimal both times I visited. It's nice that the entrance is off the main road and it's easier to exit, especially with large trucks that frequent there.

In fact the people answering the phones were really complacent about whether I would rent from them or not. Then I spoke to Dillion at Sunbelt rental in Gaithersburg. He was so helpful. Even going to the effort of finding the product I needed at one of their stores in Jessup Md. He called me back,which is huge in today's world, and told me that he found what I needed and would have it shipped to their store. He called me back again when it arrived to his store and told me when I could pick it up. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Dillion. The post puller worked like a champ and pick up and drop off was super fast and easy. I'll be using Sunbelt in Gaithersburg from now on for all my rental needs.
