There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. One time to check on the inventory and the second time I came with a truck to haul the wood. All staff encountered were pleasant and pretty helpful. In addition, the price at TW perry was $11 less per sheet than a local competitor. It saved me $50 going here. The parking lot is small, but it's not needed to be any larger since the traffic was minimal both times I visited. It's nice that the entrance is off the main road and it's easier to exit, especially with large trucks that frequent there.

I asked Chris who was at the paint counter and he came over and helped me load it in. JohnRhec helped me scan in my gift card and I had several. He walked with me and gave me step by step instructions to insulate. He helped me purchase a decent tool box as mine needed a replacement. My only gripe is checking out. I despise self checkouts... Im not a cashier. I guess Lowe's to too thrifty to hire cashiers. ... No cashier and only 2 self checkout registers were working. The other self checkouts were out of order. Our back patio only needed about 100 sq ft of brick, so maybe 400 bricks, and after telling us he doesn't like to give estimates, he told us that with the dimensions we gave him, it was over 1,100 sq ft and we would need over 5,000 bricks. He was either trying to screw us or was just incompetent at reading basic measurements. But he also gave us a hard time about 1) Not calling in first (because we went in to actually see the bricks and to speak with someone in person about it, which seems like a normal practice in my opinion) 2) About sending him pictures of our existing brick on a weekend (which he could have just replied with a "Thank you, I will take a look on Monday" and that would've sufficed, but he instead took the time to quickly reply "I don't work on weekends." and that's it), and 3) For questioning his calculations (to which he said "This is why I don't like to give out estimates."). Just not friendly or professional and we took our business elsewhere (to Home Depot unfortunately) like he probably wanted us to.

Luckily I have my own pickup truck and was able to see this beautiful store in person. If you are buying from this place make sure they know how far away you are before ordering anything make sure you use your credit card that way if they are not able to deliver your order you can contest it. Basically be an adult. And don't be afraid to check this place out in person. I was shown nothing but RESPECT today and skill. The man running the counter got me sorted out lighting fast and the forklift drive is a damned good at what he does. The entire experience for me was an honor.
