Here's why we don't recommend Sweetwater Pools... Inexperienced technicians - unable to answer the most basic maintenance questions. Disrespectful to property - the technicians would disassemble our pool skimmer, using the pole to mix their chemicals (that's fine!), but then not put it back together. We repeatedly asked them to put it back the way they found it to no avail. It felt lazy and disrespectful. Zero communication - really hard to get anyone to call you back to address concerns or questions. To sum it up, we never felt like Sweetwater Pools valued our business or ever tried to salvage it. You have been forewarned.

While I appreciate the refund, the casual disregard to repair the leaks on this installation took a ton of my time, and I'm certainly out more than what I was refunded, but I have learned a lot in this 2 year long process. I'm just writing to relay my experience as to inform the next customer, not to damage a local company's reputation as that is not my intent at all. Equipment is the newest but isn't old either. They are currently in the process of switching out the cardio equipment (current treadmills have TVs built in and that is going away). They also have your standard child care facility, locker rooms, a basketball court, sauna, and pool. There are no racquet ball courts at this facility. Staff is nice but changes out a good bit. This is my normal location. Like other locations it can get pretty crowded especially in the afternoons or on Saturday mornings.

We have had to call over and over to get them to properly maintain it, including vacuuming and trash pickup. The lifeguard management is so poorly overseen, few guards are doing their jobs properly, including inappropriate sexual behavior on our premisies. I suggested this company to our board for years, and now regret doing so. They should step it up. People are talking.
