Was able to get towed to CA tire short notice end of day on a Friday Was able to get it checked it and to no surprise, my tire was beyond repair. Where do I start! So I have a Tesla and I ended up getting a screw embedded in one of my tires. I…read morewas freaking out thinking I would have to take it to the Tesla Service Center to have it fixed and pay an unimaginable amount. I luckily remembered to go to my trusty Yelp app and search for places that service Tesla tires. Davis Bros Tires was the first to pop up and so I sent them a message just looking to get a quote on their services. I was so surprised that they responded to me right away even though it was 9:30pm at night! I was so appreciative of their responsiveness to my questions and the fact that I could be serviced next day. So next day, I arrive at 7:30am and was greeted by a wonderful older gentleman that was at the front desk. He told me to pull my car in and that they would get to it right away. As I was waiting, I saw a few people come in and strike up conversations amongst each other. I overheard them say they only go here for their car needs and it definitely offered me some reassurance and peace of mind that I took my car to right place. After waiting for about an hour, my car tire was patched and ready to go. The gentlemen told me that it takes a bit longer to patch Tesla tires because they have foam in them. I had no idea and thanked him for the information. The price was great and I definitely will be back for anything my car needs. They are honest and sincere here and you can tell they aren't one of those places looking to rip anyone off. They have a wall of celebrities that have taken their cars there over the years and that goes to show that they take pride in their work. However, I took my car "that I've always taken to the dealer for an oil change" here. And the next day it was leaking oil everywhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . THANK YOU LA TIRES AND AUTO BODY SHOP !!! :) I've spent $120 total for oil, filter, labor, a "gasket" and now I have a car with a bigger problem and NO OIL . DO NOT GO HERE !

They don't take appointments- everything is first come first serve and they're happy for you to leave your car there overnight if it's waiting for a service. My car was returned to me in the same condition I brought it in - clean and reliable. They did exactly as I asked - put the rear tires in the front and the new tires in the rear and to align it. They also ordered tires for me because they didn't have it in stock. The guy working in the front is super nice and chill. I actually tried to go to costco before this but couldn't get an appointment until 2 weeks out. But Tire Central was available on the same day with comparable prices. Prices are very fair, transparent, and they get the job done. Alignment was $90. Each tire was about $200. And then a few more dollars for the servicing. I will definitely be back here for any tire needs in the future!

I took my '01 Crown Victoria here and they did a great job. While there, I asked if they could…read morealign an older vehicle, a '72 Mustang to be exact. They said they could and so I eventually brought it down. They did the alignment, and they did tell me "they did the best they could" and sent me on my way. The car just wasn't right. After some investigating on my part, I found that the shock tower was cracked and was messing with the upper control arm, making it difficult/impossible to align correctly. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. The car was in a wreck in the 80s (which I also shared with them) so I knew there were risks. However, I do feel that they saw this (given that the car was on the lift and in their face) and said nothing. Is it their responsibility to tell me? Also no.. but the fact that they charged me for the alignment, just said "we did our best" and sent me on my way seems a bit shady to me. A simple, "hey, we saw this crack and it's gonna give you issues in the near future" wouldn't have only been appreciated, but I also feel like it would've been the right thing to do.

Came back for a full set of tires. Ordered my tires and scheduled the installation online. Came…read morein early, first to arrive- before they were open - so I parked and waited in my car. A couple of other people arrived after me and waited by the door. When they opened, I was still the first person they approached and confirmed my appointment. My car came with upsized aftermarket rims and I asked them to install the new tires on my stock oem wheels which I had brought, still wrapped from being stored. They swapped the wheels and installed the oem back on the car with the new tires, wrapped my aftermarket rims and put them in the trunk and backseat for me to store until I either sell or install in our suv. They were fast and courteous. Can't ask for anything more.
