Incredibly fast, transparent, and polite. Difficult to imagine a better experience - I pulled up, someone immediately talked to me through my window, and then said pull it up and I'll look. Had the tire off in about 90 seconds, showed me the spots, and then gave me options. I ended up just buying a used tire and he had it on and balanced in less than 10 minutes. Castellon Tires was very helpful to me this morning when I left for work without my wallet and realized that I was about to have a flat tire. I called them and asked if they would be able to help me and they said yes and when I arrived they helped figure out where the air was leaking out of my tire and gave me some options to repair it. They didn't try to upsell me and understood that I was in a hurry to get to work, so they filled my tire up with air and waived the $5 tire check charge. I highly recommend supporting this local business. It may not look like much from outside BUT Amazing staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, welcoming and friendly! ~ I needed to get my alignment and balancing done on my car. I went to Pep Boys where I was told it would be $100 for wheel alignment, and $20 per tire for balancing with a 3 hour wait time. ~ I drove down the road and found Castellon Tires!! They did a computerized wheel alignment for $50 , and wheel balancing at $10 a tire, there was maybe a 15-20 min wait. They worked quickly, and were extremely knowledgeable, and careful/gentle with my car! Plus I got a print out of the alignment results and receipt! read more

These guys were awesome! Had a nail in my tire this morning and they quickly patched it up even though it they were pretty busy with other cars. Charged me 12 for the patch up and labor. Pretty funny how the first tire place I went too claimed that the tire was not repairable and that I would need to replace it with a new tire.
