It's right where it needs to be, and the main problems are the lack of stock and lack of sales and being out of some items. That's not my first choice but the website defaulted me to here. I'd rather shop at Westheimer by Wilcrest Drive in Westchase. I walked in to the store and looking for the online pickup sign. I guess by my posture, someone already noticed why I was there. At the same time, I saw the pickup sign and was about to press the button. "Don't you dare to press that!" I heard a man's voice behind me. I thought it was a joke. Ok. I turned around and politely asked to retrieve my merchandise. It took him a long time. I started to browse other laptops on the shelves. I was about to change my order to get the one on the shelf with better product... Thank God. He came back with my order. After I got home, I started searching for that display laptop. Wait, the models don't match. The bar code is for a less quality laptop. Shoot. That's bait and switch. No. No. No. Not coming back again.

The best kept secret in Houston. Icon furniture has to be the absolute best place to buy furniture…read moreright now. They have have a huge selection of styles in store and they also have a website where you can visit and look at the other excellent furniture that they can order for you. The salespeople are very kind and they aren't horrible vultures. I get it, some places reward that behavior and those sales people have to do their job.. but this is a wonderful small family owned place and I'd shop here before going anywhere else ever again. I'm posting some photos of the showroom, you can see the selection is unique and interesting, a breath of fresh air after visiting other stores and finding nothing but tacky furniture.
