This is a cute and clean massage place. I was looking for a facial massage place and came here to try it out. I got the collagen anti-aging 70min facial. There is no sink in the room I was in, the lady had to go in & out to change water and get the different machines used. Also, there's no explanation on what products were used for my face. First time I tried the viral head spa which was very soothing but probably wouldn't try again, the second time was for a full body massage which was lovely (time spent is about 80 percent with you stomach down, next time I would ask for more front of the legs). Came in Yesterday for a massage and got the cbd oil massage 60 minutes. It started off good but then she was texting on her phone while she was massaging me and she had her ringer on. She then took a picture of something and I knew she took a picture because her ringer was on. Selected 90 minutes Luxury Head Spa because I had headache and neck pain. But very disappointed because description says this package included one deep shoulder head, neck and arm massage. The massage part lasted less than 10 minutes. It was weak (no strength applied). Mostly, the lady just washed my hair. And no conditioner applied. I expected the massage will at least focus on my head. But that lady only used some tools to comb my hairs several times. At the end when blow drying my hairs, the temperature was neither hot nor cold. If I only asked for a hair wash, I would not spend the money on a so-called Luxury Head Spa package. After the service, I did not feel any different and felt like wasting my time and money. I will never go back to them! read more

I decided to go in on a whim & it was the best decision I made. I got the 90 minute massage for $120 and remember thinking, "wow... can I come here once a week?" Super cute, clean & relaxing with the lighting & warm beds. As a daily runner, my body was unfortunately sore after attending two concerts, two nights in a row (hello mid-thirties). HOW RUDE!! I'm BAFFLED. It was fine until the end. She was almost 20 minutes late to my massage, and tried charging me for a 90 minute massage when I only got about 70 minutes. After head spa, I go to pay and mention it and ask if I can decrease just a few bucks for that (when I lost $20 in services!!!!), and she agreed but barely discounts it. Then she gets mad at me for not tipping more, and tried forcing me to increase my tip because the discount is out of her pocket (STILL PAYING MORE THAN WHAT I GOT) because that's the manager's rule from what she said. Then she took it back and changed it to charge me full price again!!!!! HUGE ISSUE WITH MANAGEMENT FOR PUTTING YOUR WORKER IN THAT POSITION and MISTREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS. How disappointing when I spent nearly $300 before tip and only got $240 in services. I was ready to make this a regular thing and recommend to others until that. What a disappointment, and I know I'm not the first person this has happened to since I overheard it happening to someone else during my massage. read more
