The ladies that worked on me and my mom were pleasant and lovely. They made sure we were taken care of and that we didn't put our shoes on too quickly after getting pedicures. The website wouldn't let us book one appointment for two people and placed us at different times, but they made sure to call ahead of our appointment day to get us aligned. Like with any salon, I would recommend getting there ahead of time to select your polish color. My mom and I got there 5 minutes before our appointment and we were still in the middle of choosing a color when we were told almost 4 times that our chairs were ready. I believe we still had a minute or two before our appointment time so next time I'd appreciate it if we weren't rushed to our seats when choosing a color. This place stays busy. Appointment only as they are always packed. You will have a great experience no matter who you get but my personal favorite is Anna. She does an impeccable job on my hands and feet. Her pedicures are my favorite. I appreciate someone who listens and understands your wants and needs. I always prefer my toe nails cut short, and most techs will cut them down but never short enough. But Anna will go as short as I want. Her attention to detail is flawless. She takes her time and does every thing right. Booking online is easy but book ahead as early as possible because as mentioned above, they stay pretty busy. To get the appointments I want with Anna, I typically have to book two weeks ahead. If I look online a few days before, she will never have the time available that I need. I know my last review mentioned affordable pedicures. So, I feel compelled to mention the cost of this spot. A menu allows for clear pricing. Do they try to upsell you? Yes. Is it pushy? No. There are different tiers of pedicures here, I opted for the second to highest (I forget the name) because I wanted a longer massage. And of course, a gel pedicure is more. But it lasts longer and is worth it! No waiting time for drying. I don't do pedicures because I can reach my hands and as a teacher, I am washing my hands a million times a day (germs) so a manicure is a waste. This pedicure was outstanding! Hana very nicely steered me away from my initial color choice by taking out the color I originally wanted, a very dark purple, to a lighter lilac. She showed me how dark purple would look by painting a bit onto her nail. It looked more like black, which was not what I wanted. The extra massage was so worth it. Hana was amazing! I never felt rushed, and the foot/leg massage was so relaxing. I nearly fell asleep but due to being ticklish I did not. The attention paid to all those little knots I have in my feet was really appreciated. I adore good foot massage. This nail salon is huge. Loads of massage chairs. When new people come in they put them way across the room so it almost feels like I have the place to myself. The music is also pleasant and not too loud. They also have a large television that was showing cooking shows when I first arrived. Parking right out front is easy. Worth the short drive. And they take walk ins! SYOY!! Can't say enough about this place!! Love working with the ladies here, everyone is always so friendly and so good at what they do! Katie did my nails for my wedding and they still look flawless a week later - normally nails get banged up or don't last, but these are amazing. I'm always amazed at how fast they can get your nails done without making you feel rushed! I have been coming to this salon for many years. I wanted to treat myself to a shellac manicure and a pedicure for a vacation. Instead of filing my nails to a shape I wanted, the manicurist cut them and in doing so nipped my skin not once but 3 times! It was a very uncomfortable manicure, especially since I had to have it done while getting my pedicure. The pedicure was fine except the polish didn't even last for the week I was on vacation. Trying to find my go-to nail place since I moved out of Seattle. Found this place and the first thing I noticed that it was a super clean facility and the ladies there are nice! The lady doing my nails did a good job making sure the paint job was nice and that I didn't mess them up subconsciously twinkling my toes in the seat lol. The atmosphere is lovely. I was very excited for my mani/pedi experience at a new place. I arrived, picked colors and was asked to sit in the massage chair. I sat, and discovered the massage part of the chair didn't work. No one tried to help, so I let it go. The manicure took 15 min. I was a bit shocked that it was so short. Then the employee left for 5 minutes and came back and did my pedicure. That took 25 minutes, so a bit more realistic. I wanted purple for my toes, and so I clarified the color I chose was purple (some colors look different with a few coats on- and it did look a bit pink. She clarified "yes, purple." She did my toes and it was totally pink. Then 5 minutes later she came and moved all my things and pushed the arm of the chair up for me. I took that as a hint and I got up. Another employee said, "no, let them dry." I was so very confused. I went to sit in the couch because I had shoes and socks and needed to let my polish dry. When I went to pay, I asked how long a regular manicure should be. She said 30 min. I mentioned mine was only 15 min. She charged me for the full price and didn't apologize. This old guy now has brand new feet for the holidays...cudos. The very good and patient nail artist even made my one prehistoric great toe nail look the best ever albeit it took a baby chainsaw and jack hammer. This salon came recommended by a friend, definitely didn't disappoint. First Experince was a full set acrylic, I showed Kristina a photo of the nails I wanted and she did a perfect job! Kristina was so gentle and paid attention to detail. We mixed 2 nail colors to get the color I wanted... a week later I came in with a broken nail which was my fault ... she was able to repair it and even helped me remember what 2 colors we mixed so the repaired nail would match the rest. It's 2.5 stars for me. I've been disappointed the last few times I've been in here. The last two times I got my pedi done here it chipped within a few days. The most recent time I went in, literally half the paint on one of my nails chipped off within two days of getting my pedi done. I'm not sure if it's the nail polish that sucks, but I was very disappointed especially since I was away on vacation with a chipped pedi. I used their China Glaze brand both times because they have the bright neon colors that I love. Everything else about my experience was great and normal since this is my go to nail salon. However, I did notice that their prices went up. I was charged $25 dollars for a regular spa pedi. Normally it's $20 and if I'm going to be paying a higher price for chipped nail polished I rather go somewhere else for cheaper and a longer lasting pedi. read more

I've been here twice to get a shellac manicure. The the first time I saw Kristina and most recently I saw My and I was more than satisfied both times! I've gotten shellac manicures all over the bellevue/tukwila area but this is the place you want to come if you want to get more for your money. At $25 for a shellac manicure, they are extremely precise and careful about cleaning the cuticle area, shaping the nail, and putting on the polish. I've never seen a salon pay more attention to detail than the ladies here! They make sure to paint into the corners of your nail which is a spot a lot of other salons don't pay attention to and they even make sure to coat the tips of your nails to prevent chipping!
