I had the exam and my vision is 20-20 and 20-25. I'm 61 years old and I only need reading glasses. I want nice readers so I picked out an Oakley brand frame and I asked that they put +1.50 strength lenses in them. With insurance they were about $180.00 dollars. They took way longer than they said it would take. When I went to pick them up they had +3.25 readers in them, and the guy at the desk said that even that was wrong because the ticket actually was written for them to have prescription lenses. Again, with my vision I don't need prescription lenses. When I asked how do you get what you do as a business day-in and day-out so wrong all I got was a sorry. The eye doctor who gave me the exam and the imbecile who wrote up the order were both standing there and they both just walked away. I realize this place is the Burger King of eye doctors and my expectations going in were low. I went here out of convenience because I knew my vision is very good. However this place still manged to completely botch this order. I gave them one star because no stars isn't an option. If you care about competent care for your eyes I'd avoid this place. Give your business to a real vision care clinic.

I used their services in Arizona and came back when my mom needed a new pair of progressive glasses. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the eye doctor to the guys when you pick up your order. Easy parking in this shopping strip mall. You can always wait at Barnes and Noble (right?! They still have locations open) for your sunglasses. We came on a Saturday, they were slammed but was able to get an appointment even though walk ins are welcomed. Without vision insurance, an eye exam without insurance runs about $120. You can find great pairs of frames for $89 and price goes up if they are designers. My mom's progressives ran $240 for two pairs and pretty worth it. You do get complimentary eyeglass pouches but we purchased some hardshell to protect her new purchase. Growth isn't always about money or status. Sometimes the best growth is within you. The way you think, the way you feel, and how you see the world!

I witnessed Helen's caring, knowledge and warmly explained analysis of what and why she is doing all of these tests. She explained her knowledge very well with my girlfriend on changes or constants going on with her eyes. We asked a few questions and Helen answered. She explained that Macular degeneration connects to blood pressure in the eye connecting to background mini eye blood vessel aneurysms and more information that was very helpful. All going on while Helen was using her instruments, scanned, giving instruction on Left or Right, Left or Right.
