They have lots of different Ellsworth cheese products, along with a bunch of other Wisconsin made items. We were on our way home from Thanksgiving in Minneapolis. It was noon and a few other people had the same idea. The several staff members we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. I got the sandwich and my wife got the Hot Chicken Tortilla soup. Both were very good. The bread was a thicker Texas toast and nicely grilled. The cheese curds had been melted, but you could still make out the curd shapes. There was a small amount of BBQ sauce that gave it a bit of a tangy flavor. I would have liked a bit more of that. Next time, I would like to get there earlier to check out the actual curd and cheese making process.

All of these cheeses are very reasonably priced. Either way, I need about a couple of pounds of 12-year and some aged brick cheese. They were the best thing ever. I have this on my radar now. Whenever I go to Wausau or Stevens Point, I am hitting this place and stocking up on my cheese.
