It has a refreshed and updated feel on the inside. There was a group of senior citizens playing games in the main area. And there are quite a few private education and meeting rooms. Mostly it's not good at all...overcooked, flavorless, and unappetizing. It definitely does not come out of the tiny kitchen looking like the pictures on the website. If you're looking for great food in a senior living place, look elsewhere. Another problem is the maintenance of the building. I don't believe the building is very old, but it sure has problems! The a/c is spotty, thermostats don't work properly, water leaks happen often, and most recently the kitchen dishwasher is broken. It's been out of commission for about a week now and residents are eating off plates and silverware they are bringing from their apartments or on paper plates and plastic forks & knives. The cost to live here is high and gets higher every year. The amenities don't equal what you must pay to live here. Management really needs to look into these things to make it better for the residents! Especially, please look into the kitchen and food! Residents are paying a premium rent price! They deserve better!
