    What is the room rental?

Hi! The rental costs are $45/$50 per room per hour, $90/$100 for the main lobby or two rooms combined into one large space. There are other rental rates but this is a general idea. You may email HubRentals@ssprd.org for more rental information!

Also goes by Hound Hill Dog Park. This park is ok. It is on the smaller side but it does have shade…read moretrees, water stations, some benches and trash cans throughout. My dogs are bigger and need more room to run however. Important things: There are "regulars" (humans) who tend to gather in the middle area to chat which can mean they are not watching their dogs closely. Always pick up your dogs poop! There are plenty of trash cans and poop bags throughout the park. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the park, make sure your a dog is leashed the whole time. Heritage Regional Park is extremely busy in the summer (hundreds of soccer games every weekend) parking lot may be full.

Dog park area: This is an ok spot to bring your dog. There is a decent amount of room for the pups…read moreto run, lots of parking, and the location is great. However, it is sadly extremely common for people to bring unneutered and poorly mannered male dogs, who want to hump everything in sight. Since this is my go-to spot when crunched for time, I have seen a tremendous number of nearly-horrible situations, mostly caused by owners who haven't spent the time socializing or training their dogs. There is also an issue of mud. Forget about coming here when the snow is melting or after a rain. It is MUDDY. The dog park is sloped and the entrance is at the bottom of the hill, and so a lot of the water collects there. There is also no grass or gravel. All in all, it's a decent place to go, but I prefer Glendale open space because there is more room for the dogs to spread out, it's normally much drier even after the snow melts, and has a real walking path.

Worked here a few days and will do everything I can to sue this company i.e. their lackluster…read moreconcern for safety and respiratory health throughout the back of the house ( factory area and paint booth). They were even scared to fire the lead painter ( who was a tsunami of insubordination to authority ) because if he left they could cost them thousands per day and it took months to find a good and talented painter. The working conditions are hot, sweaty, and every employee seemed to run to the time clock ( for break ) because they were so run down from the heat and a lack of interest in their work. I hardly seen anyone ( in the back of the house ) smile the entire time I was there.....but they try and bring ice cream around the factory at 2pm to sedate the mundanity. I'll stop there and settle the rest in court. Lets put it this way: The paint booth got backed up because the management team didnt want to pay "paint-prep" guys more than $14 per hour and their turnover was HORRIBLE and then the airbrushers and paint people got backed up because they had to do the PREP GUY'S job.... and at the point the AIRBRUSHING didn't get done....and that costed them THOUSANDS per day when a "certain quota" of machines weren't rolling out the paint booth. Now, color me skeptical, but would you rather pay a prep and bondo person $18 an hour to prevent turnover or be dragging many many many machines a day which cost the customer $9000 to $70,000 each? Their monthly sales quotas were half of what they were supposed to be because of this ridiculous need to NOT pay people adequate pay for their sweat and labor. All of this is TRUE because I witnessed and heard the stuff first hand.
