He confirmed he was interested, asked for property details and said he would provide a comparable market analysis the following day to determine the value of the property. That was a month ago and although I provided my email address and phone number, I never heard back from him. I completely understand that vacant land sales are not that profitable for realtors; for example, if the property sells for $10,000 and the listing agent it entitled to 3%, that amounts to $300 which is not worth the trouble for most Listing Agents, but to leave a potential customer hanging, is unprofessional and unacceptable. After all, I may have other residential and/or commercial properties to sell in the near future but would not consider doing business with this Agent. Fortunately, I received a referral to another Agent and we worked out a $2,000 flat fee arrangement to handle the sale. Received a full price offer in five days with a 10-day escrow.

Then they got mad at me for breaking the contract. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in and left a few upgrades like mini blinds and they still took every cent they could from me. I'll never deal with them again not recommended them to anyone! It was a dishonest money grab. I'll never forget this experience. I had no idea they would be so untrustworthy!

She was leaving the next day for a trip and to my surprise, (from experiences of other agents), Jamie made sure I could see the place that afternoon. The property didn't work for me (because of an easement), but she knew about and pointed out ALL the elements- electric, water etc specific to the area (again- havent experienced this with other agents). If there was anything she wasnt sure of she was willing to find out. She even showed me the neighborhood, and shared her experiences living in the area. Very frustrating process dealing with this company…read more We were attempting to rent a house and needed to move in quickly. When we contacted them, we were told conflicting things about house for rent. After explaining to us that the property had already been applied to (which they initially said we would be the first to apply) they suggested we wait to pay the fee. However, the next day they called to tell us they needed payment for the application, because there was another house for rent if the first application on the other house was approved. So we then paid the application fee only to have them tell us that both houses had been already rented. I understand applications are first come first serve but we were led to believe that if we did not get one house there was another available. We were also told that if we were willing to sign the lease without seeing the property beforehand, we would have priority over the other applications. This was clearly not the case. The only reason we paid the application fee was because of the implication that our application would allow us to rent one of two properties. They did not call to update us, and it was only after I called them that they indicated that both houses had been rented quickly. They either intentionally mislead us or they lack competence and professionalism. They say the application is good for 6 months, but she said the rentals they have are sporadic. Since we needed to find a place quickly and they had no other properties for rent, the application fee was a waste. It should be noted that based on their misrepresentations, we delayed applying to other places for 5 days. Now I have to find a new place to rent within the next week. I would definitely suggest getting any sort of promises or indications in writing.
