My experiences have always been positive. Located in the beautiful Pavilions Shopping area, Williams-Sonoma is a fun place to wander around and look at all the fun and interesting merchandise. Especially during any holiday season. Which is why I was there recently. Thanksgiving and Christmas table decorations were on full display. Beautiful dishes, candles, and all the accessories that make for a stand out setting with which to serve your family and guests in style. Along with the seasonal inventory, the usual suspects are always there too. Every type of high end coffee and espresso machine you did not know you need. Mixers, kitchen cooking pots, linens... the items are endless. Let us not forget the seasonal food items. Peppermint bark!!! Yum. I ended up buying the cutest snoopy coffee or tea cup as a gift. I also had my eye on a Nepresso electric frother. Santa... are you reading!?! Everything is laid out in an organized manner. Like things all together. Good lighting. No complaints. I have never had an issue. Every Christmas I online order their fabulous croissants as gifts. They are killer and people go crazy over them. They are delivered on dry ice. Bake them and serve hot. When Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't have something they ALWAYS tell me to, "Go to Ferguson, they have everything." This was my first time to go to Ferguson. I needed replacement rubber gaskets and seals for a Two-year old Kohler Toilet Tank that was leaking. So I called and the man I spoke to told me that they had all the necessary for the make & model of toilet and just come on down. So I did...And They DIDN'T. The man that was helping was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the model was no longer manufactured. He went around looking for parts trying to get them all together. It was raining really hard and went out to another area and came back in with a Kohler Toilet Tank Box that was badly rained on. I had An URGENT Matter that I had to attend to and it was almost 4p. So I told him that I had to go. I gave him my name, phone number, and email address and told him I would be back the following day. I came back the next day about noon and apparently interrupted his lunch (SORRY) but he was friendly and got up, walked over and picked up a Kohler Tank box and handed it to me. I asked how much do I owe - he said nothing - it's yours! I thanked him and loaded it in the car. So when I got home, I started taking the new pieces off and looked and thought - why dont I just swap out the ENTIRE Tank?? So that's what I decided to do. After I got the NEW Tank on, I tested it a Bunch of times and determined it was a SUCCESSFUL Repair! NO LEAKS! Thanks you guys! I guess I was lucky that my toilet was no longer made so I got a new complete tank, and a quick repair!!

Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

My wife and I had talked about this kitchen upgrade for years, but had been scared off by the tales from family and acquaintances of year(s) long construction.
