My experiences have always been positive. Located in the beautiful Pavilions Shopping area, Williams-Sonoma is a fun place to wander around and look at all the fun and interesting merchandise. Especially during any holiday season. Which is why I was there recently. Thanksgiving and Christmas table decorations were on full display. Beautiful dishes, candles, and all the accessories that make for a stand out setting with which to serve your family and guests in style. Along with the seasonal inventory, the usual suspects are always there too. Every type of high end coffee and espresso machine you did not know you need. Mixers, kitchen cooking pots, linens... the items are endless. Let us not forget the seasonal food items. Peppermint bark!!! Yum. I ended up buying the cutest snoopy coffee or tea cup as a gift. I also had my eye on a Nepresso electric frother. Santa... are you reading!?! Everything is laid out in an organized manner. Like things all together. Good lighting. No complaints. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Customer service has always been first rate in all my visits. As it was that day. BTW: W/S will be moving from its long time current location to the front entrance of the Pavilions where Talbots used to be. Looking forward to that. Speaking of online ordering on the website... I have never had an issue. Every Christmas I online order their fabulous croissants as gifts. They are killer and people go crazy over them. They are delivered on dry ice. Bake them and serve hot. Soooo good! Try them. You will not be disappointed. Holiday items are in full swing right now at Williams-Sonoma. Come take a look. Cheers!

Seven Months of Waiting... Only to Learn My Order Was Quietly Canceled…read more I never expected this from Williams Sonoma. Order #: 353563762734 On December 22, 2025, I ordered a beautiful set of artistically painted mugs after seeing them in one of Williams Sonoma's promotional emails. During checkout, I noticed the estimated delivery wasn't until July 6-8, 2026 - more than seven months away. I thought it was unusual, but I trusted the company and placed the order anyway. Fast forward to July 8, 2026. The promised delivery window had passed, and I still hadn't received any shipping notification. I called customer service expecting to find out where my order was. Instead, I was told that my order had been canceled sometime around March 2026. The shocking part? No one ever informed me. No email. No phone call. Nothing. I spent months waiting for a gift that Williams Sonoma had apparently decided I would never receive. The customer service representative, Carly, was courteous and professional, and I don't blame her personally. My frustration is directed at Williams Sonoma's policies and how this situation was handled. I was told the likely reason for the cancellation was that the purchase price didn't match the company's pricing history, suggesting there may have been a pricing error on the website. Yet my order had been accepted and confirmed back in December. Even today, the same mugs are still listed on the Williams Sonoma website. What disappointed me most wasn't that a mistake may have happened. Mistakes happen in every business. What disappointed me was the complete lack of accountability. After keeping me waiting for seven months without any notification, the response I received was essentially, "Sorry." There was no attempt to make things right - no effort to honor the order, no goodwill gesture, and no offer to expedite a replacement, even though the product is still available for sale. A company that truly values its customers could have shipped the mugs via next-day delivery or worked toward another reasonable solution. Customer service isn't just about saying "sorry." It's about taking ownership and making a genuine effort to fix the problem. Experiences like this leave customers wondering whether promotional offers are truly intended to be fulfilled or whether they're simply a way to generate orders and collect customer information before quietly canceling purchases months later. I sincerely hope that's not the case, but this experience certainly raises that concern. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I believe customers deserve transparency and timely communication. Williams Sonoma has built a reputation for quality. I hope its leadership remembers that quality isn't just about the products - it is also about integrity, accountability, and treating customers with respect when things go wrong.

When Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't have something they ALWAYS tell me to, "Go to Ferguson, they have everything." This was my first time to go to Ferguson. I needed replacement rubber gaskets and seals for a Two-year old Kohler Toilet Tank that was leaking. So I called and the man I spoke to told me that they had all the necessary for the make & model of toilet and just come on down. So I did...And They DIDN'T. The man that was helping was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the model was no longer manufactured. He went around looking for parts trying to get them all together. It was raining really hard and went out to another area and came back in with a Kohler Toilet Tank Box that was badly rained on. I had An URGENT Matter that I had to attend to and it was almost 4p. So I told him that I had to go. I gave him my name, phone number, and email address and told him I would be back the following day. I came back the next day about noon and apparently interrupted his lunch (SORRY) but he was friendly and got up, walked over and picked up a Kohler Tank box and handed it to me. I asked how much do I owe - he said nothing - it's yours! I thanked him and loaded it in the car. So when I got home, I started taking the new pieces off and looked and thought - why dont I just swap out the ENTIRE Tank?? So that's what I decided to do. After I got the NEW Tank on, I tested it a Bunch of times and determined it was a SUCCESSFUL Repair! NO LEAKS! Thanks you guys! I guess I was lucky that my toilet was no longer made so I got a new complete tank, and a quick repair!!

She is out of office and it auto forwards my e-mail to Jordan. Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

Premier makes it easy from having a dedicated appliance person (Nick) to keeping up on all the newest products and knowing which are the best made/less prone to problems in the long term. And providing demonstrations as needed. For the first time in my career I am working on a starter home kitchen with pre made cabinets and clients who needed a high quality, beautifully designed but low end price point. Jordan gave me the same high level of service I have received when clients are spending 10 times what these clients could afford. They are the best in town and statewide. I have had two out of town projects and Jordan referred me to the local showrooms. Same great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I had talked about this kitchen upgrade for years, but had been scared off by the tales from family and acquaintances of year(s) long construction. Start to finish, this was incredibly fast. It turned out beautiful and functional. I'd recommend.

I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

Just waiting for our new appliances to arrive! We came to The Kitchen Design Center 6 weeks ago and the process has been absolutely seamless. We originally called in and they came out within a couple days to do measurements (which is a free service if you sign with them). After measurements we discussed design ideas, cabinet lines, colors, hardware and other stuff like flooring, backsplash and paint. Once we explained our vision to Ann we racieved a beautiful colored drawing over email in under a week. For them to come out and measure and do drawing only costed $100 which went towards the total of our overall cost of my job just for signing with them, which I was totally willing to pay for the quality of work recieved. Once materials were ordered they arrived 3 weeks later to our garage and we're inspected for flaws. Funnest part was helping in the demolition of our of kitchen and Appling paint. Once we finished the new cabinets were installed in one day by the companies professional installers. We were out of a full kitchen (no sink, oven, and dishwasher) for just under 14 days. Unfortunately it's not ideal but the process takes 8 days for countertops to be cut (unavoidable) but we were able to put away all our stuff into the cabinets. Haha you learn to love the bbq, microwave and paper plates during this time! Countertops were just installed yesturday and we receive our new stainless steel appliances tomorrow. I am so excited to cook our first meal in our completed kitchen and am just tickled with the end product. The quality and price was very fair and they provided support throughout the entire process. We were referred out to quality electricians, plumbers and flooring installers to finish our project and had confidence knowing the company had worked with these other companies in the past. The Kitchen Design Center was a great choice for us and loved the fact I could text the owner at anytime with questions or concerns and be acknowledged. I did not go on yelp before using this company but I can say from experience that these women are not out to take your money and leave you hanging, they honestly care about the completion of the job and leaving the customer satisfied. Buy Local! I am so glad i got to work with Ann and Sandy here. They were so helpful and they have a huge showroom full of kitchen of their different cabinet lines. It was nice to be able to touch and feel them and i could tell that they were way higher quality than Home Depot. One sale here counts compared to Home Depot which wouldn't even notice, I love supporting local businesses. My favorite part during the designing experience is that they could send me a color animation of what my kitchen would look like and that really helped me visualize it. In the end we moved around my fridge, microwave and oven and it really opened up some storage. Once again thank you Ann and Sandy for the wonderful cabinets and i wish you guys the best. read more

The Kitchen Design Center is run by two women who don't have a clue about what customer service means. They will LIE to you to get the sale and after they get your money you are a dot on their radar. If you have a problem don't expect prompt help. They don't return calls and expect to be treated like **it!! Also, on their web site they have a NKBA logo inferring they are affiliated with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. They don't have anything to do with this organization. I highly recommend Kitchen Design Center for cabinets and countertops. I had water damage and Ann with Kitchen Design Center provided a vision of updating my kitchen and giving me the kitchen I could not have imagined. I enjoy cooking and entertaining and my kitchen was closed off the the house. She gave me a design that opened up the kitchen by removing one simple wall that was closing off the kitchen and I added a bar to my hall that had a closet. We found a few small areas in need of touch up after installation and they were great about taking those pieces back to their shop, getting the touch ups done right, and then putting everything back into place. Their customer service is excellent. We won't hesitate to call them for our next cabinet project!
