I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies. It was an awesome experience by an exceptionally knowledgeable employee who was truly interested in getting you the right fitting shoe.

I came back today with the hand me down skis/boots I inherited over a decade ago. I told the staff I had no idea if they were good, or if I needed to get something newer. Beau immediately stepped up and said he'd be happy to help. He spent the next hour with me looking over options at all different price points, pointing out the differences between his recommendations for my ability level. He took the time to not only answer all my questions, but educate me on a sport I didn't grow up around. He was patient and considerate, and listen to me as I voiced certain concerns about some of the options. I ended up walking out with new (to me) skis, poles, boots, and a handful of accessories for me and my kids, with zero buyers remorse. I feel like I'm set up to have a successful ski season for many years to come, and look forward to enjoying the sport much more with myyoung family.
