She gossips with certain staff members and club members (like Brittany S. & Katrina N.) about other staff members and club members. And her minion employee Lexie doesn't even greet guests when you enter the Kids Academy. Kenzie, another Kids Academy employee, bullies select coworkers, their kids, and members' children. She and Lexie are only kind to select guests and their children, but rude to others. Some Kids Academy employees have even quit due to bullying and mistreatment from Kim, Lexie, & Kenzie. I'll spare their names for privacy, but a couple of Lifetime South Jordan Kids Academy's SWEETEST girls working there ended up leaving due to their mental health suffering. Also, a handful of the Kids Academy staff yell at and discipline certain children over normal kid behavior. They all seem burnt out. The extremely low pay probably doesn't help. Personal trainer Rob also tells children who are aged 12+ they can't be upstairs on the gym floor without even age checking them (kids age 12+ CAN be upstairs) or contacting their parents. He's only friendly to certain staff and club members. The new GM Matt is super nice and seemingly professional. He's made a lot of positive changes since he's established his role, but he has a lot of work to do with the current Kids Academy management and staff. He's at least approachable though, unlike the former GM Bridgette who was fired for a string of wrongdoings, including illegally performing Botox on the former spa manager (they did it to each other) while at work. Some of the lifeguards and swim instructors could use professionalism training or retraining. A lot of them seem bored, unfriendly, and entitled, but they're more preferable over the Kids Academy manager Kim and her staff, particularly Lexie & Kenzie. Those three have done some illegal and just outright horrible things too.

I am a dancer from my youth and I love how flowing Pilates is. I liked working with the reformer so much I bought one of my own. And if all that wasn't enough Steffanie is my new BFF. She came and babysat my kids after I had my baby. Seriously, she's the bomb!

This is not a zen retreat or resort spa, and this probably won't feel too good if this is your first time lol. But please trust that the work and the pain will pay off, its only temporary. Now, about the massage... I liked that Rob paid very close attention to my needs. I told him where I was having pain and he attacked it. He didn't treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about while proceeding to go ahead and do his own normal massage routine. I got what I asked and paid for, at the end of the day, that is everything to me. I also appreciated the combination of him using hands and other tools. I believe it gave my mind and body a different feel and different techniques to keep it guessing. He used graston, cupping, and the hypervolt (vibrating massage tool) each of them providing my muscles a different sensation. All in all this was a very, very good massage and it was everything I NEEDED and EXPECTED. I will frequent this place, don't ever be afraid to invest in yourself!

I met with Brantz for all my visits and he always did a phenomenal job. He certainly knows what he's doing in terms of massage therapy, scraping, cupping, dynamic stretching, etc. What really impressed me was his level of technical knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. It's obvious he has a genuine passion for what he does. I have been to quite a few places around the valley for deep tissue and sports massages. After going to Premier, I won't try anywhere else. Even if you are not athlete, give them a shot.

There's quite a few of the same machine which means you'll always have access to whatever muscle group you're working on. Ide say about 30-40 treadmills, 20 ellipticals for cardio. Never seen anywhere close to half occupied. Anytime I've used the bathrooms they have always been very clean. The staff seem to really take care of the place and are on top of it. I usually go around 2-3pm or so, and Saturday nights if I'm not doing anything. Maybe 10-15 people. The gym is large enough to avoid crowding. Love Planet Fitness!

I tried to move it, but there were exorbitant fees for cancelling, freezing, or changing your membership at all. I really wish that they would see me as an actual person and try to work with me instead of inventing every excuse to take more money. Paying $100 in extra fees isn't much to some people, but for others it is. Great staff and equipment, sad intent of the organization. Do not get this membership if you just need it for a few months. Or if you might have plans change and need a company that will work with you. Just don't get a membership. It's not worth it unless they change some things at the organizational level.
