Email them and it takes days to get back to you. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Would prefer another no kill shelter

What really stood out was how she took the time to explain the specific traits and characteristics of our dog's breed and personality. That insight alone helped us understand our dog on a completely different level. Her training techniques were clear, effective, and easy to apply at home even though we only have few sessions. Instead of just telling us what to do, she explained why certain methods work, which made a huge difference in how consistent and confident we felt during training. You can tell she genuinely cares--not just about training the dog, but about making sure the owners are set up for long-term success. The guidance she provided has made everyday interactions with our dog so much smoother. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and effective dog trainer. Thank you Dory! Will see you soon.

The night before her home training she gave us instructions on how to crate him at night and IT WORKED! He slept peacefully all night. The day of our training, we learned techniques only someone with her decades of expertise would know. My husband who had pets since childhood was surprised by what he didn't know. Dory taught us how to teach him boundaries and how to make the crate a positive experience. Dory's in-home assessment, training tools and positive learning techniques set us up for success. We are looking forward to joining her group training as our next step. Thank you Dory for what you do!

I had a horrible experience with Pet Care Veterinary Hospital that I will never forget…read more My sugar glider went in for dental surgery and was significantly injured when a scalpel cut off part of the patagium attached to his arm (his "wing") while being prepped for surgery. Let that sink in--he was hurt while he was sedated, before the procedure even began, and was sliced on the arm while getting ready for DENTAL surgery. Because of this injury, which cut over an inch of patagium away from his arm, my sugar glider had to be separated from his bonded cage mate for nearly two months while he healed. The mishap was presented to us as a "small problem," devoid of any real apology or plan for making the injury better. Anyone familiar with sugar gliders knows how devastating and stressful forced separation is for them. The trauma this caused for both of my gliders was heartbreaking to witness, and it took an enormous emotional toll on me as a loving and attentive pet owner, especially with the lack of compassion we received from PCVH. This was not a minor mistake--it was a serious lapse in care and handling. The physical injury, prolonged recovery, and the emotional trauma that followed were completely unavoidable. This comes after a second experience, where they completely misdiagnosed a pet of mine, leading to its prolonged suffering while cancer slowly ate it alive from the inside. I will NEVER return to this hospital. Frankly, I wouldn't even trust their practice with a pet rock. If you value your pet's safety, well-being, and emotional health, steer clear of Pet Care Veterinary Hospital.

The vet was very informative and everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Area was clean and plenty of seating-we were the only one there though. Hahaha! Bunny didn't seem too thrilled, but she got her check up nevertheless. Will bring back if she ever needs care.

Some of the animal enclosures seem small, and sometimes dirty. I've been in there several times when there's dog pee all over the floor. The workers are usually very nice and knowledgeable.

This is the worst I have ever seen. She did not even wash her face, barely trimmed her nails, and decided to give a low cut without my permission. We clearly asked for a clean up and to leave her pony tail long. I paid for a full groom only to receive subpar service. Called to speak with the old owner David and was advised all he can do is apologize and bring her back tomorrow to see what could be done. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable. Body clean but face dirty and stinks. If you are going here I would suggest you watch who is cutting your furbaby or ask for credentials because clearly this person has no skilled training and I am stuck with paying for full groom only to receive 1/2 the service. Over 10 years a customer and this is what I get. If this is the changes happening with a new owner in place BEWARE because I am pretty sure she will not allow her daughter to take the hit she deserves for this.!!!
