She thought she knew the answer to what I was saying so her ears closed and that was it. She was very curt. My favorite vets are Dr. Hyland, Fanning and Jones. The techs are also hit and miss. Some have very poor hygiene and severelylack the people skills to work with the public. You should come to work with clean hair. They are pricey here but they also have the latest technology. I would rather pay a little more for the important stuff than worry my pet isn't getting the best care. In general I would recommend them.

We brought our 8 year old Golden Retriever to them for a second opinion on his panting. They were well staffed and the doctor seemed very thorough. The assistant was a bit short though ... perhaps she was having a bad day or she was stressed because they were busy. At the end of the day, they shed no new light on our pet but if you're looking for a new veterinary practice, consider them. I have a 6 year old long haired dachshund who I have always groomed myself. I like to shave his hair short and then wash him well to make sure all the trimmed hair is off his body. I decided to have it done professionally for the first time and when I brought my dog home he kept rubbing against the sofa and lying on his back to rub himself almost all day for a week straight. These are things he's never done before. Thinking he was allergic to the shampoo used at the vet, I took him a bath at home and was shocked and infuriated at how much trimmed hair came off him. Did the groomer shave him and not give him a bath afterward or did she just give him a crappy bath? Once I cleaned him he no longer rubbed himself due to discomfort but he began chewing on his paw until it was raw. I had to take him to the vet who told me it was infact an allergic reaction so he gave my dog a cortisone shot and antibiotics. And this I paid for out of my own pocket without so much as a sorry from the staff. I will NEVER take my dog there again for grooming.

I enrolled my mom's dog online but when my senior mom took him in, the practice manager at this location failed to offer my mom the pending enrollment. My mom's dog had just had a seizure that week. When I called about this, employee Allie who is a shift lead there was rude and unhelpful, stating she didn't talk to my mom. My mom's dog had previously been on OWP for 2 years on my account. I didn't renew but started a separate account. Their focus is that I didn't renew on my existing account. No customer service and questionable care.

On multiple instances the vet and the vet techs were caring, gracious, understanding, and handled my anxiety and took good care of my pet. I called a mobile vet and got the prednisone. He stopped coughing and eating again. Now, over a year later, he's still eating puréed food, plays ball, maintains weigh. I get an email today wanting me to bring him in for routine vaccines and checkup?! The Vets change all the time. Never see the same one..... This place is a rip off!
