After our home suffered significant water damage, we were already overwhelmed. Unfortunately, our experience with ServiceMaster made an already difficult situation even more frustrating. Between the condition our home was left in and the issues we continued dealing with throughout the restoration process, we felt completely defeated. Then we found Eco Clean, and honestly, they were exactly what we needed when we were at our breaking point. From the moment they came in, they were professional, thorough, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. They didn't just come in, do the bare minimum, and leave. They took the time to actually address the mess and problems we were dealing with and helped get our home back to feeling like a home again. What stood out most was that they cared. After weeks of dealing with contractors, damage, delays, and frustration, having a company show up, take responsibility for their work, and treat us with kindness was such a relief. Eco Clean went above and beyond for us. They helped take an incredibly stressful situation and finally gave us some peace of mind. When you're dealing with damage to your home, you quickly realize how important it is to have people working for you who are dependable and who actually care about the outcome. If you are dealing with water damage, restoration, cleaning, or a home disaster of any kind, I cannot recommend Eco Clean enough. They were the bright spot in an otherwise awful experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family. Thank you, Eco Clean, for showing up when we needed help the most.

Dont waste your time with this company. I had serious water damage from an upstairs neighbor to my…read morecondo, I called them based on the supposed good reviews on their website. I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

He was able to suggest to me what he thought I should do, and he said he didn't think I needed mold remediation, and he diagnosed what was going on. It's clear he is very honest because he didn't have to spend that time on the phone with me when he was not going to obtain business. If I ever have concerns about mold in the future, he will be my first call.

The cleanup crew was out within 24 hours and had the issue mitigated. Vance was awesome and very friendly. The crew to fix the damage was out the start of the next week and repaired the same day (I forgot the gentleman's name but also very friendly).. A few weeks later a neighbors fridge water line failed causing water to leak into my kitchen. I called the same team who fixed my bathroom, this time they were out within 3 hours to assess damage. The next day a crew was out to mitigate, with repair morning after. When you have to do this work it's very stressful, especially when you lose part of your kitchen for a time. But the RRR crew was great to work with, patient with my questions, and accommodating to requests (including wearing masks as I had a 2-week old newborn at home). I've used another service (CWF) and did not have the same experience at all.

Ed told me I didn't need a mold company at all. Ed identified the small spots missed by the company that remediated after the flood in May. The he told me how to correct them. (He said they did a B+ job.) He also identified drywall that should have come out initially. Both of these issues were missed by the company that quoted me $4400. After all that, Ed wished me well and left. It is so rare to find HONEST people these days. When you do, you want to scream it from the rooftops. Based on my experience with Ed and Mold Solutions, if you call them and they tell you that you need work done, have it done because they don't tell you things just to get your money. I am so grateful for honest people like Ed.

Claiming they may or may not come for the appointment. Very rude! Edit: They offered to come out today, when asked what time they said after noon. Asked to be given a call an hour before so I can make arrangements and head over to meet them, but was told "we'll call you if we are coming out". Why suggest an appointment that you cannot confirm? Unacceptable. Also, asked to to speak to another person in regards of the situation and were told the person was in surgery, yet here we are getting a reply from the owner within a few minutes. Got to do better!

I hired this company for mold remediation and was very disappointed. The crew on-site was polite…read moreand super nice, but the process did more damage than the work itself. I was never told my built-ins would be completely removed, I only discovered it after the fact. Had I known, I could have arranged for proper removal, but instead they were torn out in a way that left them unsalvageable, costing me thousands to replace. Afterward, the company pointed to the notes fine print rather than acknowledging the lack of communication. If you use them, insist on a clearly explained scope of work. If you rely on professionals to help you navigate confusing home repairs, like myself, these aren't your guys. Update to response: First, I want to be clear that I don't believe Adam or the company ever acted with any intent to mislead me or cause harm. I think this situation came down to a lack of communication that unfortunately left me in a difficult position. About 90% of what Adam said in his response is true, but none of it directly addresses my actual concern. The real issue is whether the company made sure I fully understood the scope of work. Perhaps Adam thought... what idiot would not see it was obvious that the entire built-ins would need to be removed? Hi... it's me, I'm the idiot and truly I had no idea. I thought only a portion of my ceiling would be affected. Given the huge difference between what I understood and what actually happened, I believe the company should have explained this much more clearly. Like many homeowners, I rely on professionals to explain the scope of work in plain terms. I think that's a reasonable expectation. Adam is correct with my quote below but he left out the part where I explained that my issue was solely that I didn't know the built-ins were being removed. This was never clearly communicated to me, nor was I given the opportunity to remove them properly myself. Because of that, I feel my ability to make informed decisions was taken away. I only reached out to Adam directly later, after another contractor told me the closet could have been saved and that the removal was "unnecessarily destructive." Whether that's true or not, I'll never know. because I wasn't given the chance to find out. To clarify, the note about the built-ins wasn't hidden in "fine print," but it was only mentioned once in the "Other Notes" section. It was never discussed verbally, by email, or over the phone, and it wasn't included in the detailed action items. I don't think a single mention buried in a notes section qualifies as meaningful disclosure, especially when no one pointed it out or explained its implications. Perhaps Adam does. Lastly, the other points raised, like the quality of the closet materials, water damage, or insurance support, are not relevant to my concern. My issue has always only been about the lack of clear communication regarding the scope of work. Thank you.
