The slices of pizza are huge. The Raviolois and bread are delicious! The manager is very kind. Big open room with lots of connected tables. Separated room with 3 booths, multiple vending machines, and a crane claw machine in. The place looked very clean. Awesome place to have a quick lunch or dinner with friends and family!

Brooklyn with extra cheese 12" so frigin good!!

I love the pizza here service is fine inside nice wife likes it. I like it place in Bakersfield for good pizza.

Soggy smaller than ever order of zucchini sticks :(

Bummer... asked for double pineapple... not double :( Ordered zucchini sticks... portion was so much smaller than ever. Really hope this place doesn't lose their spark in 2024 like many other businesses in Bakersfield have. This was our favorite! We'll give them one more shot and cross our fingers. I'll let y'all know how it goes next time. :-/

Medium Manhattan Pizza

We were 1 of 2 customers there total, the other table was already eating. Waited 34 minutes for 1 medium pizza & potato logs paid $42 dollars. We've had Cataldo's before & thought the quality would make up for everything but it didn't. Won't be coming back

Pizza

everything was cooked fresh wasn't busy so it came quick very hidden gem pizza is really good also had the mozzarella sticks yummy place you can't always judge a book by its cover, games inside very family friendly :)

Lunch meal w/salad fountain drink

Update: everything below plus, try the garlic and basil combination! Excellent. Found this pizzeria last week and was pleasantly surprised to have a great tasting, sweet lunch deal close to the office. Pizza is not oily, dough made fresh daily, same with pizza sauce. Really good tasting pizza. Slice is more than enough to fill you up. The salad is fresh, high quality with romaine lettuce, no iceberg. Also comes with red onions, olives, tomatoes and more. Excellent find for lunch. Great priced meal. Thank you Cataldo's JJG

We loved it so much, not only did we dine there, we ordered a bunch of food to go and drove it home to heat up and eat the next day. The next day food was just as great as when we ate there. It just has wonderful dishes. Founder by Nick Uricchio, and his son Steve they opened Uricchio's Trattoria, clearly a family affair. Sadly, Nick died some time ago. He was the nicest guy and always had a smile on his face. His nick name was Papa Nick. He always said hello to the customers and was just a doll. Go in his honor. It is just as great as when Nick was there. Steve is usually there to greet you and he is wonderful. Uricchio's Trattoria offers a great selection of appetizers, soups (a must) and entrees to satisfy anyone. They have fresh seasonal dishes prepared with care from Executive Chef Raphael Hernandez who has been there forever I think. Parking is easy. Make a reservation, you want to do that. It gets crowded. We have been there without one before and loved sitting at the bar and eating. Anything with shrimp is great. All of their pastas are great. We loved their spaghetti and meat balls. Their vegetables are made right. They don't consider it something just to toss on your plate. They are al dente and so great. Their Linguini pasta with shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels in a tomato basil marinara sauce is my favorite and they have the best salads and desserts. It is a must stop in Bakersfield. The place is beautiful.

My husband and I did date night there often when we were dating. The owners were so sweet and knew of Me. I moved out of Bakersfield 6 years ago. I was visiting my parents in Bakersfield two weeks ago who had never been to uricchios and I couldn't wait to take them to dinner there! I called ahead the day before and made reservations for myself, my mom and dad, and my husband. We sat down and the place was empty on a Saturday, just a couple tables occupied. My mom ordered a Cesar salad and it was warm! We waited an hour and 15 minutes and our food never came out. No one came and gave us an update but we kept getting sent numerous appetizers "on the house". Sodas were watered down. Bread was mediocre. Finally after an hour and 15 minutes we got up and left. Whatever was happening in the kitchen was not a good sign! They appeared to be struggling despite being not busy at all. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant, my husband and I had to get in n out on the grapevine for dinner. I was so embarrassed that I even recommended for my family and my husband to do a dinner at uricchios, much less RAVED about it. I'm so sad what has happened to my favorite bakersfield restaurant, but all good things come to an end. I won't ever be back

Their lasagna is to die for, the bolognese will make you cry tears of joy. The chicken Parmesan was tender and the marinara tasted so fresh. Then the fettuccine Alfredo was the highlight of the meal for me, it was soooo creamy and cheesy and the noodles were perfect. After sampling everything, the fettuccine was what I ended up finishing in the restaurant. The other party members ordered a shrimp scampi with gluten free noodles and the sauce was rich and tasty. We also ordered a child's pepperoni pizza that tasted amazing with the marinara and seemed like it was wood fired. Our waitress was friendly and kind, and also very prompt, which we appreciated. We sat in a booth and enjoyed the ambiance, everyone in the dining room was chatting and having a good time. Will definitely be back!

There is plenty of parking in the front and in the back. Decor isn't so great. Service was not so great. At the end once meals were payed couldn't get a server our way to get to go boxes, so I got up and got them myself. Food was mid‍. I was expecting to be wowed and it just didn't happen. The deep fried ravioli with the dipping sauce is delicious, not going to lie. My steak was a tough. The pasta was very al dente, something neither my daughter nor I are used to and now that we have tried al dente I can say I we are not fans. Shrimp scampi was a tad salty and oily, but the shrimps were cooked to perfection. Nothing special about the desserts. I am a huge fan of carrot cake and tiramisu and both were very underwhelming, especially the lemon tiramisu. The raspberry tea was good. The coconut shrimp were good. The egg thingy with peas was surprisingly delicious the flavor was there and it was cooked to perfection. The white pasta sauce was very bland. I have to admit the seasoning on both the chops and the steak was beautiful but it just carried too much char flavor and as I said meat was tough. Would I go back? Yes, I would give place another chance. Too bad my baby has gone back to Virginia for her next deployment.

The lasagna was delicious and kept us going back for more until we had no room left after consuming the table bread. The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating along with an inviting yet buttoned atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and dimly like t with each table fitted with a lamp for dining. The garlic bread was literally a piece of cheese on French bread, and the chicken alfredo consisted of barely-cooked noodles, and hardly a lick of sauce. But the chicken was also undercooked. So not only did it taste bad, but whoever cooked my meal was also apparently trying to give me food poisoning. Really great work, guys. Anyways, let's see how long this review stays up for.

This establishment didn't offer table service, all qr code and get up and get it yourself if your thirsty. That was a real turn off, especially when I got up to get drink #2 my food was gone when I was returning to my table. This place would've got 5 stars but the whole get up and get it yourself was a huge deal breaker. I ordered off the menu that was offered but I had seen online they do offer different food, so maybe after certain hrs they shut kitchen to just finger food. I got the bbq bacon burger with garlic fries and a side of onion straws. Burger 10/10 perfectly cooked, well seasoned and good size for the price. Garlic fries were ordered with NO SALT and they got it right 10/10! Onion straws also ordered with NO SALT and they got it right 10/10! Ranch 10/10. I ordered a drink called Hazelnut Chi Chi 100% 10/10! The only issue I have with the drink is that the menu says $11 but my bill showed $12.50, that is $1.50 they did not mention prior to me ordering the drink. As I mentioned after receiving my second drink and turning atound to return to my table my FOOD WAS GONE! My bartender did take care of me though so shout-out to the young man wearing the tuxedo shirt. He got my order remade to go. Other than being super loud because of live dj it is a cool little spot to have some awesome food. I do recommend and I will go back. P.s. they have rewards so don't forget to sign up.
