Finally had a chance to have a Chicago dog from the Catalyst food truck. I have been searching for a the elusive Chicago dog every where and Catalyst is one of the only places you can find one. Since there are two food trucks that circulate the DMV area, it is a bit hard for me to find them in my spare time especially nearby. The hot dog was tasty and definitely worth the wait, there was a short line that moved fast. The service was excellent and with plenty of smiles. I ordered both the Chicago dog and the Texas chili dog with cheese. Wish I had known for only a couple of dollars more, It could have included a drink and chips. I would love to try some other toppings and appetizers the next go around.

Our group stopped at Catalyst Hot Dogs during a 7 day hot dog road trip. It was National Hot Dog Day and they were set up on Prosperity Dr. next to the Lexus dealership. I think they had initially said in the Home Depot parking lot so if you can't find them just do a quick loop of the area. We parked in an empty corner of the Lexus Dealership and didn't have any problems. The Instagram post said they'd be set-up starting at 11. Our friend who got there at 11:15 told us not to rush as they weren't ready yet. When we arrived at 11:25, they were just taking their first customer. The big trailer was at our location so we got to try a variety of their dogs. Really wanted to sample their garlic knot hot dogs but they were out. Our group ended up with: A Nico Suave - delicious, really liked all the condiments and those potato stix giving lots of crunch 2 Lincoln Logs - just ok. Feels like a riff on a Seattle dog but the plain cream cheese and nothing else left us wanting more flavor. Seattle dogs have grilled onions. I think a scallion cream cheese or even everything bagel seasoning on top of the plain cream cheese could make this delicious. A Dog House - simple. delightful. A New York Dog - really good. Hot onion sauce had that little bit of spice and a Side of Fries - well-seasoned and hot Gentleman in the truck confirmed our order with us a few times just to make sure we got everything and we did. A $20 two specialty dog combo seemed like a touch expensive *in this economy* but everything is expensive now and I could tell these folks are using quality ingredients. Keep up the good work Catalyst Hot Dogs!

I like a good hot dog but it's not something I usually crave but one night while I was in the area, I decided to finally check them out. The inside is a standard bar with plenty of liquor and TVs. There's also a lot of outdoor seating, which is what I chose. The lady at the front was really friendly and even offered my dog a bowl of water. I decided on the chili cheese dog, fries, and a side salad. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger kids meal. The food was good. I loved the thin and crispy fries. My daughter loved her food. All together, my experience was good but I can't wrap my mind around paying $31+ for a hot dog dinner again.

Hot dog was cooked really well and loved the toppings with it. The burger was good but it said it came with lettuce, onion, and tomatoes but then had nothing on it. We had to put the toppings from the hot dog on it. We got the food truck at Sugarloaf Winery. It was a good food truck for a winery. Workers were nice.

I stopped by the food truck during the Greenbelt Labor Day Festival. My burger was hot and fresh. We joked about payment because for some reason I said ,"do you take cash, card, or CHECK!" Lol! Lastly, the customer services is superb!

A very friendly and hardworking guy.

Absolutely delicious food and a spotless work area. VERY Impressed with the cooks also. I will recommend to everyone.

Chicago dog, but w/o a poppyseed bun. I had a molar pulled the day before and did't want to risk the little seeds creating an issue,

First-timer here when their truck showed up in my community. As a native Chicagoan I know a proper Chicago dog when I bite one, and this hit the mark!

In response to the owner: You mad, bruh? We were really looking forward to checking out Catalyst Hot Dogs, as both the photos and the menu looked tasty. We made the trek to Denizens, which you can grab a table or order at the bar for to-go. We ordered: +Hanks - this came topped with Texas chili sauce and cheese - I personally was looking forward to this, because I do like a good chili cheese dog, but we both were just not fans of the chili +the Chicago Dog - topped with sport peppers, green relish, tomatoes, onions, dill pickles, yellow mustard, and celery salt; this came in a poppy-seeded bun; I thought it was interesting that all the toppings were diced and mixed; I guess it was easier to eat? +the UMD-OG - topped with black bean puree, corn sauce, fried red tortilla strips, and cotija cheese; this may have been the 'more preferred' one out of the three, but the corn sauce was too sweet for us, and the tortilla strips were stale and chewy, and not crispy as we thought it would be +and, Disco Fries - fries topped with gravy and mozzarella; these were actually okay, but it seemed as if it was more cheese sauce than gravy; it would have been great if there were more gravy in there; definitely have to consume this right away, as the fries do get soggy quickly All the hot dogs looked tasty, with the split ends and a bit of a char; however, the hot dog itself was pretty bland - this was pretty surprising, as we had rave reviews of their dogs. All the buns were super dry and stale, and there seemed to be some toasting action with the dry/stale buns. We were also hoping that the items came out piping hot, as we thought we were waiting for made-to-order items, but everything was lukewarm at best. Staff were friendly, and there were some patrons dining inside. We wished we had the same tasty experience as others have had, but it was pretty disappointing; we ended up tossing most of the items after a bite. +dry/stale buns +friendly service +located inside Denizens Brewing Co. +street parking available

The all the ways dogs. The bun was very tasty as well as the chili. The snap of the hotdog was extremely pleasant. I never had a hotdog cooked the way this one was. The onions I wasn't a big fan of but that's a personal preference. It does have mustard as well as all good hotdogs should . The rating for me was impacted on the price. A little order $16.96 for what you see in the photo is pricey.

Despite having been shot by Sofia, John Wick secures her reluctant help in setting up a meeting with her former boss, Berrada, because Wick once rescued her daughter from an impossible situation. John, Sofia, and her two expertly-trained Belgian Malinois, wearing bulletproof vests, stroll into Berrada's headquarters, all-too-cognizant that, at a moment's notice, the situation could turn sour; and it does. But what if this weren't dystopian fantasy? And what if, instead of the location being Berrada's Moroccan hotel, it was at Denizens Brewing, located at 4550 Van Buren Street in Riverdale Park, Maryland? There, the dogs that Sofia could order to assuage her hunger or quell that of her would-be assassins are not Belgian Malinois but rather the all-beef variety; and the cheese, chili, and onion toppings provide plenty of ammunition, beginning at noon every Monday through Sunday.

I ordered the Fonz Italian Sausage layered with pastrami (seemed like lunch meat) and melted cheese on top. I think it was provolone. Served on a toasted bun. Filling and satisfying, good flavor. The hot fries was a regular order of fries served with an imbalanced sprinkle sort of dumped on the top layer of fries and not distributed all the way through, which had an extra cost of $2 for the sprinkle of spices, which was an annoying difference in price in my opinion. Solid options for beer and a few ciders. Full bar as well. TVs on the walls only showing sports. You get a table number, order at the counter, pay, and they bring it out to the table number. Casual spot. My immediate thoughts...this place is overpriced. My sausage dog, fries and cider came to $26, plus tax, so about $31 bucks. I repeat, $31 bucks. I honestly felt as though the place was price gauaging. A few other people at my table mentioned the prices and thought they were overpriced. Not much service received, just them bringing the order out. Food was yummy, but I'm not convinced about the value. I have had sausage dogs, hot dogs, fries and beer around the world and I feel this place was overpriced. I like the atmosphere because its a perfect place for casual dining and decent for groups.

Pop up poutine specializes in Montreal style cuisine (has similarities French food). Their trademark dish is poutine, which are fries covered with different toppings. The traditional choice is cheese curds and gravy, but they also have various vegetable and meat toppings. Their smoked meat (tastes similar to corned beef) is also very good (tender and full of flavor). They also have steamies (hot dogs), chicken tenders and Montreal style bagels and pastries. This outing I ordered the Jacques platter (French fries with slices of smoked meat), a tourtiere (beef pie) and sausage roll. All very very tasty. The meat pastries were buttery and flaky with generous amounts of meat. The Jacques platter had piping hot crisp fries and thick slices of that smoked brisket meat.
