Honestly, this used to be my place for delivery. They have good prices and a low delivery min but…read moreover the past 6 months this place has gone down hill (again this is only for delivery). I'm disabled so sometimes driving out to a dispensary is too hard for me so I prefer delivery. They usually send you a confirmation text when you place an order online and then another with a ETA. However The last 3 orders I've placed with them have been a huge let down. No confirmation text, no answer to emails/online help center OR their texting. I call and no answer. When I finally reach someone they are unapologetic about the disorganization and then make you wait another 3 hours on top of what you've already waited. This last time, I got a random reply about cash payment and then once again, no response after that. You can chose what payment to use for delivery and I very clearly clicked debit but they still had the gall to text to ask and ignore the rest of my text? They have a way to check the orders online but it just shows "pending". My last order, they claimed they never got it and then they said it was already processed and then they magically found it. Also the delivery drivers they have now have the biggest attitude problem. Getting them to pull up to my apartment seems like the biggest issue for them. I gave this place 2 stars because I've had great service with them in the past but I'm no longer using them for any future services because of the lack of concern for customers orders. I refuse to spend money in a place that clearly doesn't care for my business.

Shopping here always feel very welcoming as the girls always make it a point to ask how I'm doing and I appreciate how they always remember me :) I've been to other stores that are very robotic and transactional and this isn't that. Their product is always good, wether I'm buying flower, concentrate or edibles quality is always amazing and consistent. Another reason I love this shop is their daily happy hours and daily deals! More often than not, expect to wait AT LEAST 2 hours for your order if you're lucky. When we first started using this service at the beginning of the pandemic they were always on top of things and on time. This year they've gone consistently downhill in regards to customer service and timely delivery. Currently approaching the 2 hour mark for our order and still waiting.... In a time when delivery is so needed you'd think building a loyal customer base by delivering when promised would be a priority. It's obvious that it's not.
