She's naturally introverted, but on this team she's truly come out of her shell--she looks forward to every practice and game. She loves the team and her coaches! We didn't realize the class schedule started earlier here, so unfortunately we missed her class. Even so, Coach Ian was kind enough to let my daughter join in with his daughter's training since we were already there. Coach Ian and the whole team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away. Even though it was only a quick 15-minute introduction, my daughter had an absolute blast! Coach Ian made the class fun and engaging, and it was great to see his wife join in the training as well. Thank you, Coach Ian, for being so welcoming and for taking the time to give my daughter such a positive first experience. We truly appreciate it!

Long-time member. Deeply disappointed…read more I've been a loyal member of this club for almost 10 years, and it's disappointing to see how little they value long-term customers. When I first joined, I paid top dollar for a membership that included the ability to pause my account for business trips or medical reasons which I hardly ever needed to-- something I specifically asked about before signing up and choosing that one package that offered that feature. A couple of years ago, they changed their policy mid-contract, removing the ability to pause memberships, even for legitimate medical issues. Despite my doctor providing documentation with two different surgeries, I was simply told there were "no exceptions." After a decade of loyalty, that response said it all. Over the years, my wife also joined as a full member, and one of our kids took swim lessons here for years -- which are not cheap. Between all of us, we've put a lot of money into this place. But apparently, loyalty and good faith don't mean anything anymore. Beyond the customer service, the facility itself has gone downhill. When machines are out of order. You should expect it will be for months at a time (3-6 months isn't unusual), and every rainy season the roof leaks -- they literally have buckets set up to catch water. I refer to them as the "annual rain buckets". The irony is that the owners are construction contractors, yet they can't seem to maintain their own building. After almost a decade and spending a lot of money, I've decided to take my family's business elsewhere. It's unfortunate -- this could be a great place, but it's clear they've stopped caring about their members.

These are not the coaches who claim…read morethey know what they are doing from watching some youtube videos and all of a sudden they are masters of their craft. These coaches have been around the game for a long time and have helped kids better their craft in their sport. From Dave with his pitching lessons, to Eddie with hitting, to Rod with catching this place is great. The facility itself I would guess is close to 5500 square feet. 3 cages, 2 pitching lanes, and a warm up area when its all being used. Secure area for parents to watch. Large parking area and secure. Definitely a place for solo or team use!!!
