My only complaint is that the glaze is on the thinner side so my bun was pretty soggy by the time we got home and the glaze is the only wet condiment on the burger, so I ended up adding some mayo. The fries were crispy and salted well and the bacon and queso were great with them. I got home around 12:20 p.m., and we immediately hopped in her car to head to the event, which was advertised as running from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We arrived around 12:50 p.m. only to be turned away because of the heat. We had just driven 30 minutes to get there, only to be dismissed because it was "too hot." Last week, in similar weather, the St. Louis truck had no issues operating and serving well over a hundred people during the food truck festival. I was almost in tears, and so was my mother. This was supposed to be a special treat for her. Personally, I feel like the heat was an excuse. My father owned and operated a food stand at the Missouri State Fair for years, smoking meat for over a week at a time and serving thousands of people.
