What was really amazing, though, is that she was able to get some beautiful shots of our young kids, one of whom was being atypically challenging that day. I brought four outfits from home, but ended up borrowing from the studio one amazing piece. Along with shoes and jewelry this studio was stocked. Christina the owner and photographer was so talented. I never felt rushed. She did not seem like she was in a hurry. She made sure I was positioned to be the most flattering and would help me adjust things as needed. Once my session was over, she explained to me the process for getting my album. She gave me options for the cover and let me choose the photos I wanted in the album. Along with that came a flash drive with all of my photos taken on the day. Within two weeks my album arrived at my door and it is beautiful. I would recommend this studio to anyone who might be afraid to do a session like this. I was never uncomfortable and I'm not normally photogenic. This was a great experience!

Getting even a good iPhone picture can be difficult! That said, after being a little disappointed with my daughter's six-month photo shoot results, I went in search of a new photographer for her nine-month/family session. Luckily for us, we found Tony. He impressed me from the beginning with his responsiveness and the instant willingness to do an outside photo shoot in December. Tony has an amazing eye for detail and carefully explained how he wanted to set up the various shots. He has a way of making you feel at ease and like you're not posing. My husband enjoys photography as a hobby, and Tony was generous with his tips and tricks. The results were amazing! He was able to capture her little personality beautifully. The pictures really are pieces of art-his skill just shines through. His way of capturing the light and the colors is pretty incredible. He answered all our calls, emails and questions promptly throughout the whole process, from booking to receiving our final photos! During our session we discovered how very warm and clearly passionate he is about what he does. We would even go so far as to call him the "baby whisperer". We were so impressed with how gentle and patient he was in handling our 14 day old newborn girl and his ability to swaddle and calm her so adeptly. We were so grateful to have the professional detailed handout on what to expect during the session and how to prepare. It just made it so much easier for us to know how the morning would go and what we could do to make it as pleasant of an experience for our baby and ourselves. On the morning of the shoot he was exactly on time. For us new parents trying to balance preparing with everything from nursing, eating breakfast, getting ready, and twelve other things, it was so appreciated that he was neither early nor late, the timing was just perfect. Tony is nothing if not prepared, he came with his bag of goodies and brought a good variety of baskets, outfits, wraps, backdrops, and even professional lighting equipment for our shoot so that we would receive a variety of unique photos and poses. He even brought a custom travel themed backdrop and setup after we had mentioned how much how much we love to travel! He was very flexible and patient during our shoot and even extended the session since we lost some extra time due to changing, feeding and general fussiness from our newborn. The final images we received are gorgeous! You can see a few of our favorites here, but there are so many beautiful ones... it's hard to pick faves!
