Most things not labeled or labeled incorrectly. Much of the food seemed old like it had been sitting a long time. The chicken was dry as a bone and very bland. Biscuits hard as rocks. In a town with many buffet options all offering more or less the same items, you'd think they would attempt to be better, not worse.
