When I purchased flowers then, I was disappointed, so I called them to arrange another bouquet, explained what happened, and they made my bouquet PERFECT. They definitely made me feel like I was getting what I paid for. I returned earlier this year to buy a bouquet for $115, with 15% off for following them on social media. You would think $100 would get you a nice, large bouquet, but it didn't meet my expectations for that price. Yet again, I came back to buy two dozen roses for $200. I showed them inspiration photos, but the bouquet looked nothing like what I requested. I paid extra for fillers and greens, but it was still disappointing and didn't feel extravagant, especially for $200. What disappointed me the most was that when I picked up the flowers, they hadn't even removed the thorns from the roses. If I'm paying that much money, shouldn't the thorns be removed? Sorry, but you've lost a customer--I won't be returning. Overpriced and underdelivered. If the presentation had been on point, I could accept the price, but it wasn't. Side note: The people who work here are nice, but the quality of the work is subpar.
