I don't know if it was the doctor's mistake or the front desk but my daughter is only 4 and having her redo blood work again in the same month was the worst. On top of that my insurance bills me the second time for almost 2k. The front desk said my insurance would cover it. The front desk girl would never call me to update me on anything. I'd have to call multiples times just for her to have the answer already but never gave me a heads up. This place was very unprofessional. I even tried making an appointment for my son because he had things all over his face and the front desk girl said she'd have Dr. take a look if I sent a photo and would call me back afterwards. The lady at the front desk was so rude about it, asking why am i only calling now when i was there 2days ago, and that she is "frustrated", and she cant do anything except ask the doctor about it. I just dont understand the hostility, just do your job lady!!! Ive been going to ABC pediatrics for over 16yrs for both their doctors and the doctors are always GREAT!
