I went to this nail salon numeral times, I rarely experience anything that would completely deter me from ever going back. However, they never want to do gel nails, they are limited to a certain amount of colors via gel nails. They don't listen to what the customers wants. For example; I waited 2 and half hours to get one nail replaced, and they didn't even have the color I wanted. Nor did they try to correct or change the color of all the nails to fix the color. The regular polish does not last for 2 weeks, and they charge you to get them fixed - if you do get them done. After waiting 2 and a half hour, I wanted to get a pedicure. (this is before I got the nail fixed) First the lady went to greet customers that just walked in, when I have been waiting. I politely interjected and explained I have been waiting to get my feet touched the water for 5 minutes and only went back in one time after. While I was getting the nail fixed, I looked over to see if the lady just only did my feet that way. But that's how she does pedicures. The men are more detailed oriented. Some people like this place, and others don't. If you are looking for good qualities be careful with who you go to. read more

This nail shop is terrible with poor customer service . I told the nail man i wanted oval shape , he gave me stiletto shape . He didn't properly coat my nails with acrylic and left my nails un even , thick , lumpy , and a poor paint job . When I kept telling him about the shape during my duration of getting my nails done he kept telling me he wasn't finish and he still had to reshape . When I tried to look at my nails with polish he would slap my hand and tell me to put it in the gel UV light . There was too many coating on my finger nails and he applied the polish on thick . It was suppose to be fairy dust pink and some how managed to be close to a hot pink . When I expressed I didn't like my nails and I just wanted them to be taken off and they could keep the money they treated me with lack of respect . It was a hostile environment and their clientele was out of control i had to remove my self from that terrible place and just get a refund and proceed to get my nails done else where . I will never go back .... I do not recommend it at all . I wouldn't even refer my worst enemy that's how bad this establishment is . I only rated it a 1 star because that's the lowest rating I could give but it honestly a 0 star . The service is terrible , the inside is disgusting , and the quality is horrible. My mother introduced me to this place which is literally a few blocks away from my house. I went in and right away I was acknowledge and asked what I needed so I told them and they told me that they would be right with me. The price is reasonable and cheap. I got my feet and hand done she did make me bleed from one of the toes but that was only because I had an ingrown nail. One of the things I did not like from this place was the fellow costumers. They were very irresponsible parents they had their kids running around and screaming and touching everything. At one point one of the employees had to say something to one of the little girls because she kept messing with the nail polish. I will admit the language barrier is a bit of an issue but overall they employees try to communicate and that's what matters. Will be returning read more

So yesterday I went to get my pedi and eyebrows. I love how Michelle does my eyebrows. But yesterday Tina decided to kick me out and never come back to her shop . Just because a girl decided to ask me where I got my nails done. My aunty recently got certified as a nail technician and she uses me as her model to do my nails. And a girl said they were nice , she ask one of the technicians there how much she would charge her to get her nails done like that and she said "I don't know " so the girl asked me you didn't get them done here did you? . Si I was like no, and she asked me for my auntie number. So this nail technician went and told the owner Tina , and she went up to me and told me never to come back. It's ok . Because they would never want to do my nails he way I wanted them . So Tina fuck you! Cus there are many way Better nail shops than yours . I'm just going to miss Michelle. read more

I was looking for a nail salon that could do the style of nail that I like. The first time I walked in I noticed that this place looked like an old skool hood nail salon. No massage chairs and al lthat good stuff. There are dingy padded folding chairs, and buckets to soak your feet in if you are getting pedicure. Still, I needed my nails done and decided to stay. As soon as you walk in, there is a station on the left that is occupied by a male. I forgot his name, but this is who did my nails the two time that I visited the shop. My first visit I really liked my nails so I returned 2 weeks later. On my second visit, the same guy assisted me. This time after I noticed that the sides of my nails had a space between the acrylic and my natural nail. I asked if her would put some glue in between the space to seal it so that no water would get trapped underneath. He said to not worry because the coats of gel polish would cover it. Fast forward 5 days later, the nail lifted half way off, so I pulled it off and discovered fungus. Never going back!!! Also, they do not accept credit or debit nor is there an ATM machine in the shop. read more

I don't know where to start this by far has been one of the worst nail salons ever. I came in for a gel manicure. The first woman started filing the polish with the mechanical thing hurting my nails several times (4-5) when she got to my left hand I told her to stop and that I would wait for the next person instead. She apologize but I said it was ok and I'd wait. I waited an hour for the next person only so he would dip my nails in nail polish remover for over 15 minutes & go and work on another woman's pedicure who had just walked in 15 mins after I sat at his station. Asides the fact that the service is terrible & the gel manicure is $20 & they do a horrible job!! It was my first time here and definitely my last! This is what happens when you're new to the area & go exploring!! Ps: like I said I got gel manicure and the outcome was horrible! My polished looked uneven and lumpy but I couldn't stand being in there another minute after being there for 3hrs! read more
