If I could give this place LESS than a star I would. I went in for a full set last week and today 3 of my nails popped off. No, they didn't break, I didn't have half a nail left ... at random times (in the shower, on my computer, washing dishes), one by one today they popped off and I had to super glue them back on. I've been going there for less than a year and while they're not the worst; they're certainly not the best. I drove down there and walked in.... saw and talked to the owner and told her that I didn't feel that after only 1 week, my nails should be popping off. She clearly knows who I am (or at least remembers my $$$$), then proceeds to tell me that I can have them fixed for $7 dollars. I then, replied saying.... "NO, I'm a regular customer and tip very well. I am not gonna pay and shouldn't have to pay for 3 of my nails coming off. Not breaking, but coming right off.". She tried to bring her mumbo jumbo bullshit and I said "Look Helen, you're either gonna fix my 3 nails for free or you lose a customer forever." This bitch says "I lose customer". I walked out with my middle finger (with no nail) up! Horrible Horrible Horrible service. I can't believe she would let me walk out over $7 dollars. Anyone who's reading this, please don't go there. They don't deserve your money or your respect. EFF THEM! read more

I had an amazing experience at King and Queen Nails! I got Gel-X nails with a French tip by Nathan, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The shape was perfect, the white tips were super clean, and the finish looked so natural and classy. The staff was really friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The salon itself was also very clean and had a relaxing vibe. I'll definitely be coming back for my next set -- highly recommend if you're looking for gorgeous nails and great service! read more

I will never step in this dirty shop again. I went when they first open a couple years ago. Owner the husband is soooooo Rude & very pushy. Poor service..... I can walk to this shop from my house but it's not worth it. I go to Jolie Nail Spa 2150 Pacific Coast Hwy. Lomita ca 310-517-9132 (formerly Wendy Nails) New Owner Lynn. I would give zero stars. They have okay customer service. Their expensive and don't understand what "NO THANK YOU" means. I understand everything went up but if your gonna rise prices and do an awful acrylic work yeah I don't think so.
