Then she tossed my 15 year old dog on the ground and dragged him to the gate by his collar, with him tripping along the way. So I grabbed the leash from her had as fast as I could, paid for the unfinished service and left without saying anything. If this is how they treat animals when you're standing there, I can only imagine what they do when no ones looking. Stay far away if you care about the safety of your pet.

So instead of being pet-focused (and customer-focused), they are money-focused, sadly. So, I had to call the company and cancel the order. Fortunately, we found another company that accepted our order of a 12-month supply of Simparica Trio for $188.00 (with coupon discount). That's $15.66 per dose versus $23.33 from Good Neighbor Vet. To say we are disappointed with them is an understatement. I've requested a call from one of their leaders - radio silence.

I have taken both of my dogs there, one is a 16-year-old Maltese, the other is an 11-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with a lot of anxiety. Dr. Dawid used a trauma informed approach to ensure that my big dog felt safe, supported, and aided in the reduction of her anxiety tremendously. He also shared tactics with me as a pet parent around anxiety and medication management for my pup, and how to create conditions that lessen her stresses (and mine) in preparation for vet visits. The treatment plan he suggested for my elder dog was inexpensive and manageable. He affirmed my pet's health and offered really supportive advice for diet management and healthy play. Lastly, the front office staff helped me address a prescription refill issue, punctually, and with concern. I appreciate them so much! The folks at the front do share when booking an appointment that there is a strict cancellation policy, but if you can allocate enough time to know that all of your appointments start 15 minutes before you schedule them, then you can plan accordingly and not have to worry about the rigidity around the 15 minute buffer.
