Never been place like this. Never experienced a BAD customer service like here. 2* motel charging $140/ night . Iam not against it if the room clean. During COVID 19 , we can expect the employees wear mask. They are not. Room was unbelievable dirty. Bed was made but not washed..As you see on pictures ,my points. NOT pet friendly place . I didnt even take my dog to the room. When I requested to get a refund ( on calm voice and attitude) and leave , owner was telling me: Go to the Hell! I hope you will enjoy that. Shove your card to your ass. Take your dog too , to hell. I just can't believe how unprofessional , nasty person can run this motel. This charming lodge has been serving families and travelers for decades. After some years of decline, new owners have been reinvigorating the site with a '70s retro-cool aesthetic. Clean rooms, fresh paint, and a friendly, attentive staff are making a big difference. Some of the furnishings could still use refurbishing or replacing. On our visit, we could see they were installing a vintage malm fireplace in the lobby. We also had the pleasure to meet fellow travelers around the fire pit, most of whom were returning guests. I also found out on our return, that we have friends who remember frequenting this place back in the day. If we find ourselves back this way again, we would love to make another visit. They seem to be in the process of redoing the bar/restaurant, so no review on that - but looks very cozy read more

Budget Friendly, Hip and Fun! (or will be fun when they reopen that insanely cool bar) More of a compound than a lodge, there are a myriad of places to stay on the property, catering to different budgets and needs while all appealing to a 70's throw back vibe (not unlike the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs). We stayed in the motel, low frills but cute clean and affordable. This is an excellent place to stay for a weekend of skiing at Hunter (20mins away). What would make it even better is if they reopened their epically cool bar to make it more of a destination. With everything around Hunter Mountain closing early it would be great to have a cool hangout spot at your lodging. Everyone that we met staying there was either skiing or hiking and surely we would have enjoyed making friends over some drinks after a day of fun. Lastly but most importantly, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! My car broke down on the trip and both Nate and Cassy went to great lengths culling together local resources to help us find solutions for the car and other transport. Their generous kindness truly made this experience so much more bearable. We may have lost a day of skiing but we made some friends. We had soo much fun at this hotel. We booked the Deluxe Double Room, Courtyard View which had a balcony. We got in around 10pm Friday night & had plans to go snowboarding at Hunter Mountain on Saturday. The host who greeted me when checking in was very nice & told me the bar might still be open if we wanted to have a drink, so we ended up checking it out. We met the bartender Betsy who was a sweetheart, she stayed open for our group to have a few drinks & play pool. The beds/bedding were really comfortable, I slept like a baby. After boarding all day we all took a shower which was nice & hot plus had great water pressure. We went down to the bar to see what to do about ordering food. They had some bar food we could order but we were starving so Betsy suggested to order take out from two brothers down the road. They delivered it right to the hotel bar and we ate it there. We got pizza, burgers and wings. Everything was really good. We hung out at the bar all night. They had great drinks & fun shot specials. They have two pool tables, karaoke and some arcade games. This is where we will always stay anytime we go back to Hunter Mountain! I am sure its great in the summer too. Perfect if you want to hike at Kaaterskill falls! read more

Renovated! ...I wasn't expecting much since many of these places are outdated but upon entering the lobby you could tell it was well maintained, cozy, with a warm inviting vintage decor (not 70s kitschy at all). The new owner happened to be there and was very friendly, my studio room was immaculate. I didn't see any animals like in the other reviews but it is the woods so that's to be expected. Our visit was the beginning of October...After what I thought was a poor experience at a $65 a night hotel in Kingston (which I prebooked and wasn't able to refund), I decided I would swing the second night cost and go somewhere that looked promising. The website for the Catskills Mountain Lodge looked very promising. The photos of the single queen room looked perfect and I called and booked, Al, the owner, took my card number and info over the phone and said I was set for the following nights stay. Seeing the room was a huge let down, and I've stayed in Red Ranch Inn (just up the road) for less cost and it was a lot cleaner and updated. When we got there a dude named Daren pulled out his phone and showed me the screen shot of all my card info including the 3 digit code, that Al had sent to him...(we will circle back to this) We found out that the promised WiFi only worked when we were outside by the restaurant...we went to the common area to use it and nothing was Covid safe. Later that night, we asked Daren what's up with the WiFi and he was actually drunk and rude and replied with a sarcastic comment about being in the mountains... I went downstairs to use the WiFi to call my son, Daren stands in front of me (wobbling) without a mask on and starts asking me what I did that day (as I'm on the phone with my kid)...after I hung up, I "coincidentally"received a message from my bank about charges I didn't make...I had to go the rest of my trip without a debit card and dispute the charge... I tried to call the owner the next day. Nothing. Better Business Bureau did hear from me. read more

We had SUCH a nice cozy night at the Catskill Mountain Lodge. We loved the options at the honor bar (don't sleep on the North Fork potato chips, they're tasty as hell). Our number one highlight was the faux fireplace in the bedroom, very fun to lay around and drink honor bar Coors Lights next to! We were a little bummed the OTB bar was closed, but luckily our room had tons of different options for places to hang (a nice table/chairs, comfy benches, the balcony, two very comfortable beds, and of course the floor in front of the fireplace!) Also, shout out to Brian, my guy at the front desk, who took great care of us at check-in, even offering us a list of local restaurants to eat dinner at. This is an EXTREMELY affordable option in the Catskills in a great area. Worth checking out! read more

I was a little skeptical when I booked this place but was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! It is under new ownership with most of the place being remodeled but you can tell they really care about this place. No liquor license yet but we will for sure be back in the coming years to see what improvements have been made. Very clean with a modern retro vibe. read more

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Catskills Mountain Lodge, finding it authentic and woodsy. We liked the mid century lobby and the friendly honor system for buying snacks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is pet friendly and has a nice outdoor pool. The outdoor bar and fire pit looked nice, but it rained cars and dogs on our visit so we couldn't take advantage. One negative was the water pressure, which a plumber was on site to fix, plus the restaurant is not open yet under the new owners and the vending machine still empty. They are new owners and we're hiring staff while we were there. If you are looking for a non cookie cutter experience, we recommend. If you are particular, might not be for you. We are a husband and wife with two college age kids in two rooms. read more

Just spent two nights here over Presidents Day weekend. My wife, my teenage daughter, 2 doodles, and myself. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone from the owners to the front desk to the cleaning folks were extremely helpful and friendly. The room we had(127) was quite large with a nice sized bathroom as well. Fridge and coffee maker and a sink. Plus double sink and wonderful shower in the bathroom. Never ran out of hot water and cleaning people gave us fresh towels daily. The room and bathroom were very clean and the tv worked fine. There is a sliding door that led to the parking lot which made letting the dogs out and loading/unloading car extremely easy. The only complaint and it's very minor and didn't affect us really was the bathroom door didn't entirely shut. We probably could've tried harder and found a way but as mentioned above it wasn't a big deal. The coffee in lobby for breakfast good and they also offered some breakfast items. Fruit. Granola. Hard boiled eggs. And some other items I can't seem to remember. They also have an honor bar with items such as beer and chips and jerky. You write down what you took and you can either pay then or have it added to your room bill. I won't get into the bar too much which is owned and operated by the motel owners. I will say we stopped there every night and talked to the super friendly and helpful bartendress. She was great! They do serve some food and have beer wine and liquor. There is OTB and NY lottery too if that is your thing. There is also an attached game room with pool table, pinball, a video game, and ski ball. Basically this property has everything you need which is great if you're feeling lazy or the roads are bad. We thought everything was perfect and can't wait to visit again. We're looking for an excuse to go back. This place is really cute and I was told the new owners took over less than a year ago so I can imagine this property will only continue to improve. Bait and switch scam, misrepresented on website, romantic cabin turned out to be a disgusting mold infested clorine gas chamber garden shed! NO casino, steakhouse, no fireplace, sperate bedroom, photos didn't match. Access was badly flooded and difficult for a decorated veteran amputee to get to. When we arrived we told the new owner, who we assumed was homeless based upon appearance and odor, that this wasn't what we reserved, he said we wouldn't be charged, yet another lie. This place has dangerous health and safety hazardous conditions and authorities have been notified. I'm a retired senior field Inspector for HUD, 20+ years experience, I know mold and what it smells like, covered up or not, trust me. read more

I thought this place was great! I wasn't sure what to expect based on some previous reviews, but we had a great stay here. Big, lovely room with adorable sheets and cozy pillows, a nice little honor-system fridge in the lobby with an assortment of beer, water, and non-alcoholic drinks, and just an all-around good vibe. We came in the dark, so didn't notice the little playground on the property; would definitely take my daughter for a spin there next time. A+ all around. read more

Came here for a surprise birthday weekend and these guys were nothing but awesome to me and my girlfriend. They put rose (fake) on the bed and gave us a bottle of wine. Really charmed by this place. Definitely want to come back. Probably the biggest plus was that it's the most civilized place near the kaaterskill waterfall. Be warned! This place was so very disappointing. Paid $140 for 1 night. Since there was no cancellation policy on my emailed invoice nor on the website, I tried to cancel 24 hrs before check-in but was denied a full refund. Was told cancellation policy is on website but I have yet to find it. Since I was being charged for the room, I decided to make the best of it and stay there. Travel Channel's, "Hotel Impossible" got this place right, this is what a room in 1979 Catskill's looks like! When I opened the door to the room, I was hit by a foul blast of an over-powering musty, mildew odor. I sat on the bed to find it rock hard. I don't mind roughing it but this place was offensive. I opted not to stay despite having paid for the room. That's how bad it was. If you have the option of staying elsewhere, you should! read more

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It's in a lovely setting, was convenient to various destinations in the Catskills, has a pool, very large, well designed rooms (two sinks in the bathroom, plus extra sink with hairdryer nearby in the room), smore's pits, and movie nights. Edit 8/12/10 - After discussions with the owner, I have edited this review to make corrections and to acknowledge the latitude the group was provided. My review below is from my experience staying in early July. The hotel was booked solid for four day "rally" and the management did not staff accordingly. The rally booked the entire lodge, and did so again for 2011. The Owner did provide the group with a lot of latitude, and should be commended for that. I originally booked a reservation for next year's rally to be closer to friends, but realized that if I were to truly stand behind my review, I could not stay here again. This place *has* potential. It is because of this potential that I would stay there again if I *had* to, because I certainly wouldn't *want* to. As the owner took the time to contact me directly, I'll give a nod and bump up my rating to two stars, from the one star that I "awarded" earlier - that was overly harsh. First and foremost, some of the photographs listed on the site here are outdated. The creek is nothing more than dried-up creekbed with a plummeting drop down to it (more than 6ft). There were no safety netting or "do not cross" line warning people - I guarantee some idiot will fall in at some point. The housecleaning service was sub-par throughout most of the stay. Garbage was not emptied until the last day, sheets were never switched out - seemed like whomever was working the first three days did only what they absolutely had to - make the bed. After talking with other guests, the level of service received was consistent with what others were experiencing. Attempting to get new bath towels after the first night resulted in a confrontation with one of the owners, who didn't give the opportunity at first to explain that their maid did not change them out earlier in the morning. Yelling and accusations ensued that just shouldn't have happened. On the last day the maid was different - she had these really cool "Happy Bunny" pants - and she cared about the job she did. Result? The room was *nice*. I've been accused of being a complainer, but if the level of service on day 4 was the consistent throughout the stay I'd have *zilch* to complain about in that department. The room also had some sort of failing water valve that slammed the pipes in a rhythmic fashion throughout the night. Since the hotel was booked solid, I didn't bother asking to be switched and just dealt with it. Lastly, it seemed the pillows and mattress were from the Nixon era - I've never slept on a more uncomfortable bed. Perhaps just my room? Not sure - the room I had was in the oldest portion of the Lodge. The on-site restaurant was understaffed and serving warm/hot juices at breakfast. Clearly they were not ready for the amount of business. $$$ value was less than what I was used to. The on-site bar which touts 13 local beers on tap was...... well, not well stocked on those taps. On the night of check in ~half were not pouring, on Saturday night they still weren't fully stocked on taps. Again the ownership was accommodating to the Rally group and our desire to congregate outdoors at late hours, including bringing our own libations onto the property and congregating around the bonfire ring. Not that we were going to bother any other guests......... What bothers me about Al G, one of the principals, is the way he conducted himself in contacting me after he read my initial review. At times he convoluted the distinct points raised by myself and another similar review on his establishment. After being dubbed a "complainer" and a "moody teenager" in private messaging, I was left feeling bewildered after writing to him what I felt was a fair response to his comments. He did apologize, but last I checked, name calling is not a great way to conduct business and get someone to alter or delete their review (as he requested). Any Yelper that would like a copy of the correspondence between the owner and I contact me directly and I'll be happy to send it to you. This place is a dive, and the restaurant/bar that they advertise is a joke at best. There were bed bugs in our room, needless to say the whole experience was just awful. After we dropped our bags off in our rooms, we went to the bar to check it out. The bar was empty, as was the restaurant. We asked for recommendations for restaurants in the town, and the bartender told us all sorts of awful things about the places in town and that he was the cook also, so he can cook us whatever we want. We politely declined, saying that we want to explore, only to hear more awful stories about what happens when people venture to the town. As it goes, we had a great night out, nothing bad happened! I woke up in the morning, bites all over my arms & legs, bugs in the bed. No joke. The lodge is also on the Bed Bug Registry, I only discovered this after the event. They were reported twice in 2012. Clearly, they never took care of the problem correctly. They are also policing their reviews on a major website (not yelp!), which is awful. I stayed there because of the fake reviews, and they had my honest review removed. Surely they should just fix the bed bug problem! Would not recommend this place. The beds were comfortable and the rooms while far from pristine are usable. But the way that this place is run is clearly not for the benefit of customers. You feel like you are staying in a place run by serious misers when it comes to comfort. And we did not pay rock bottom prices to stay here. We came for the Rhinebeck festival and booked late so our pickings were slim. Some highlights: -"Game room" which is a nice feature but had broken games, missing parts. -The bedspread we were given smelled strongly, musty and maybe mothballs? We saw when the lady was getting us the blanket others in the closet wrapped in plastic and asked for one of those instead but it was clear she didn't want to use good blankets on paying customers. -A leaky toilet -A continental breakfast, laid out late, that is a complete joke. Cereal out but no spoons or bowls? Once the first pastries run out the staff are told by management not to put out more (actually overheard part of a conversation that made this apparent.) -"In room coffee service:" 2 pods for 3 adults (and we paid extra for the third adult!) and you buy any more at $2 a pod. It's sad. This place has so much potential. But it's clear the management isn't interested in doing what it takes to make the place shine. read more

The Catskill Mountain Lodge was *fine*. We were having a last minute getaway and based on the website, we were expecting something a little more modern or charming. We stayed in the deluxe lodge on the ground floor. The room was clean, but everything was dated and a little shabby (stained towels, no hallway lights, creaky floors). The owners were very nice and gave us a partial refund when we needed to cut our stay short. There was nothing wrong with the place, but we wouldn't stay here again. It's fine if you're passing through, but not the destination we were looking for. read more

Lovely Thoughts until we mistakenly thought our online reservations would hold until our arrival. We were told otherwise. Apparently, Travelocity has errors in its system from what the front desk man told us. That is not why I am taking the time to inform others of mymost horrific conditions that we had to live with for two nights. I have uploaded several photos for others to to be warned. Don't be fooled my the very nice front desk man, or those lavish photos of a far away time. These photos have not been altered in any way or set up to disgrace this once lovely hotel in any way possible but only to show others of the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Upon arrival into the room I bee lined for the restroom, where I noticed a roach in the tub along with what was a mass of hair, moving on, No toilet paper, don't worry there was a back up. Okay! The bathroom had bugs and hair, Not bad. Coffee was looking good only to find mold and trash Inside of it. .,,, Hot and muggy in the room so I turn the air on, Nope. We instantly start coughing and sneezing only to investigate to find the filter has not been cleaned in what seemed ages. Okay, we will just crack the door and hope for the best, Did I mention the state of the carpet? So dirty, Actual dirt and debris scattered all around. We will just keep our shoes on, no problem. We slept in our sleeping bags on top of the sheets at this point. My soon to be wife and I were looking forward to our romantic cabin get away, We were demoted to less then one star accommodations. Just spent a weekend at the Catskill Mountain Lodge with my fiancé, and we had a great time. The lodge is family run and the owners and they were very accommodating at every turn and went out of their way to help us in any way they could - information on skiing, hiking, etc. The cabins are simple but clean and nice, with plenty of hot water. The restaurant attached was excellent, with live music on the weekends - jazz in the evening (with Al, the owner, playing in the band), and nice acoustic guitar during the day... Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend for others planning a ski weekend or summer getaway. read more

We have chosen the Lodge because it is pet friendly and had a great experience. The owners are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. They gave us tips and advice about where to get skying gear and places to visit. We stayed at the cabin, which was spacious and had a fridge as well. The cabins are simple, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the Lodge has a live jazz music - really good actually - and the food was tasty! We really enjoyed it... try the toast or english muffin with your breakfast meal (its amazing!) The environment is quiet and there is a creek behind the Lodge as well as a children's playground. It is great for families or couples... and dog owners! Overall, it is a clean and comfortable country style accommodation with great restaurant, and friendly stuff, located 30 minutes from skying slopes and hiking places! read more

We had an amazing time at the lodge. The owners were awesome! I thought Kathy would hate me because I called so many times with questions. I needed a fridge for medicine but did not mention when I booked it. Kathy changed us to cabin 18! It was adorable. As a child I spent every summer at the Catskills & I would come back with my family again & again. Even though we brought our own Kureg any time I went to the lobby I got coffee. One time the pot was empty and Kathy made me a fresh pot immediately. For all those that say there was no coffee is lying. Anyone saying Kathy & Al aren't nice, welcoming & helpful are completely LYING!! Such a sweet place we will be back!!! read more

I don't know what the people who wrote bad reviews are talking about. This place was great. Beautiful scenery, very friendly staff, beautiful rooms. I guess you could say that it's a little old but that is what makes it great. There is a huge basement where we went and played games with the kids while we waited for the rain to stop. Best of all, the games were free. Cornhole, fooseball, ping pong and a little stage for the kids to act out a play. I'm telling you, this place was great. read more

As soon as we pulled into this quaint, old school lodge, nestled in the Catskill mountains, I was transported back in time where I hold some of my most cherished memories. This little gem is something of the unexpected and perhaps, after reading some of the reviews, under-appreciated. When we arrived, we were greeted by Darren, who clearly wears many hats and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Clean rooms, super comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower, good coffee and most of all, dog friendly is all I really ask for since I spend most of my days outdoors and on the trails. The late afternoon was spent in the pool and as the day came to an end, we talked with our neighbors or gazed up at a starlit sky by the bonfire. Al, the owner, whose gracious hospitality, along with Darren's, is what makes this a 5 star hotel in my eyes. If you are expecting a contemporary hotel with all its modern amenities, then this is not the place for you. The Catskill Mountain Lodge is rustic and retro which gives it all it's charm. Over Priced and Under Served The Catskill Mountain Lodge Two Bedroom Cottage is not a pleasant place to stay when visiting the Catskills. The two bedroom Cottage is NOT a pleasant place to stay. The lack of proper maintenance, broken furniture, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures and electrical outlets made living in this cottage very uncomfortable. The drafty windows and doors, inadequate heating, dirty dishes and greasy, filthy kitchen made living in this cottage a miserable experience. The Managements inadequate efforts and lack of care for their property and guests satisfaction, safety, comfort and well being is simply inexcusable. read more

The people working at the hotel were very nice, which is why I'm giving 2 stars (and not one) Restaurant/bar - food was passable, with 13 beers on tap and good service...decor was 1960's dive, but hey, it's a lodge Hotel rooms - holy crap...these have not been properly cleaned in DECADES... I know it looks like I'm using hyperbole, but alas, no... the corners of the room my wife and I shared had spider webs thick enough to hold the accumulated travel trash from my pockets, with dead bugs and dust on the floor underneath them... the bath towels looked like old bandages that had become too thin to be used for their original purpose...we asked the person working the counter if we could 'upgrade' and she was very nice and showed us a few rooms in the other building...these reeked of mold, and were no cleaner, so we politely declined... Amenities - the 'gym' is a basement room with some rusty free-weights strewn around an ancient nautilus machine...inexplicably, there is an open door leading to what looks like the final scene in every zombie movie I've ever seen... Our housekeeper only made the bed and I was YELLED at by the co-owner for requesting fresh towels. The restaurant was so poorly organized that the waiter didn't even realize that he served all but one person. There was a loud, bizarre noise in our room that kept me up all night. Me and my family of 8 stayed for a summer getaway just this last weekend. I have to say that this has been a very wonderful experience! This is our first time taking our dog (small poodle mix) with us and Kathy, the owner, could not have been more helpful. She made sure to keep our rooms together and gave my parents the room closest to the main entrance to make it easier for them to come and go. Our rooms were bigger than the usual 2 bed guest rooms and the bathrooms even had his and her sinks! The beds were nice and comfy, smelled nice and clean. Parking in the back and convenient back door entry. The outdoor pool is also very nice, although the weather turned chilly so we couldn't stay long. They had a game room downstairs with a bunch of table games and a gym, and a fire pit outside with available firewood. There's a steak house right outside with a live band, if anyone's curious, the rib eye and tilapia is outstanding! All in all, we would definitely recommend this place and will be returning for apple picking. The owner and her family are the nicest people and always ready to greet you with a smile. read more

Booked our first married getaway weekend at the Catskill Mountain Lodge based on its convenient distance from the hiking trails, the North Lake and a sleuth of local municipalities dotted with pop-up art shops, eateries, hippy bookstore cafes and spring cleaning garage sales along the route. The property is clean, cozy and rooms are very sizable. Service is great and the property manager's dedication and professionalism showed from the second he checked us in after it turned out one of the booking websites failed to send our check in info over to the hotel. On our way out and as we chatted it away he deftly sketched an amazing drive map letting us check off cool landmarks and more hippy cafe townships along inspiring scenic drives packing our short upstate hideout to the capacity. On both nights during the stay we were able to tune in to some live guitar and local band perform at the adjacent pub/restaurant with a very satisfying menu of chicken wings, pastas, fresh salads and an amazing onion soup. read more

Simply a great place, quiet location and escape from the noise of NYC and its nearby boroughs. I stayed for 2 nights during the Memorial Day weekend until Monday. Great area for some sight seeing, eating out, and some shopping. Despite some negative remarks from some Yelp members I recommend this place as a stop over, but call first to reserve a room; they are busy even if you don't see it. read more

I also attended the rally reviewed below. There were a lot of people all at once, and yes, I think they may have been both a little understaffed, and a bit overwelmed for our group, being that it was the middle of summer and not the "IN" season for them. But not to an unacceptable level of service. That being said, the owners Al and Cathy went out of their way to accomadate our group, the way an owner operated motel should - thank you Al and Cathy. When you get 75 people together, your bound to have at least someone that is not happy, and they are entitled to their opinion. Now I'll say mine. They were great at accomadating our group, they were on site at all times to answer questions, or help out when necessary. The rooms were roomy and clean, as we would expect from a family run motel. I was extremely satisfied with the nice full breakfast each day, and ate there all three mornings No - it's not a corperate run Marriot or Holiday Inn - it's a family run motel and a fun family atmosphere. As far as lack of water in the brook - if Al and Cathy could control the drought the Catskills and all of New England went through in the summer of 2010, they wouldn't have to run a motel. Fencing by the brook??? Yes and how about a remote gate on the driveway so people don't run into the street??? Common sense prevails here folks - don't head into dangerous situations. In summary, if your looking for a great, family owned place to stay, this is your ticket. Affordable prices, friendly owners, in a nice quiet atmosphere. Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This place is the Bates motel 2017 (and that could be too nicely overstating it). Extremely absent front desk refused to refund money after we left due to the horror of staying there. Followed the "check out" procedure on post-it note on front desk (again no clerk present), left keys in wooden container. Apparently we were supposed to know to call them 1st (which was invented afterwards). Front door to office/rooms left open, unlocked, unmonitored all night. No cell service, wifi does not reliably work. Room cleaning did not occur after staying for the first night (could not even be bothered to make the beds/replace towels). No deadbolt functioning on the room doors but they were covered on the outside with tin foil and a penny (cheapest lock change ever). Old musty smell to entire place, badly in need of serious renovations. No breakfast, coffee is 2 K-Cup in your room. Miles from civilization or cell service. Will be contacting BBB regarding poor customer service. DO NOT Stay here no matter how cheap it is, Air BNB probably more economic and nicer quality. read more
